After purchases a google play gifyt Ecode $10 after delivery to my email and the code is not working till now and they refused to find a solution to get another one for me till now

It's a little confusing if you're gifting the card, but worked out eventually (digital version). Not sure about the customer support, had an issue with a physical card purchased and got the runaround and never resolved.

I would not purchase this. I bought it to be delivered electronically and received the email with the card info. When i went to redeem it, it gave me an error code and after multiple attempts to redeem, the same code appeared. I looked the code up online and you have to fill out some form and submit it to Google with your proof of purchase and they will review and get back to you. This was a complete waste of money and time.

Cant redeem without sending Google your ID. Google now requires ID even if you try and use gift card.

He was not able to use this I requested a refund but noen was given WHY???

Good when it works the limitation of digital google play e gifts causes severe problems with very little explanation except to view terms and polices which plainly state they can change the rules at will

You will eventually get this item 27 hours later. I feel like if you say it will arrive within a certain timeframe, then that's what it should be. I've ordered this item before and it took that 27 hours mentioned before. Everytime I reached out to customer service, it was always, "Just wait one more hour." Even after it had been 24 hours. It's absurd. I get these as gifts for the kids in the family. Everybody does everything electronically these days, so there's no reason for it to take so much time! Every other website, I usually have any gift card I order within a half hour. This is my last electronically delivered item I will be ordering from y'all.

could not use it, even tried to gift it to another email and still could not use it. It was only $10 but on principle was annoyed could not use it.

Doesnt always come same day. For some reasom it will take 24 hours half the time.

I would give 0 if I can. Google Play Gift Card is the worst gift card ever! The process for redeeming this card is so hard. Providing the gift card code is not enough for redeeming the gift card in google play store. It also asks you to provide identity. I have used google play store for so many years, now I need to prove my identity when redeeming this card. Even after I filled out the form to provide my identity, google emails me back saying my information doesn't match, so I still cannot redeem my $50 gift card. WORST WORST experience ever.

I bought google play few days ago 4 days ago and the code never worked due to errors when we tried to put the code it was saying this We need more info to redeem your gift card so we send that detail to google play support but they refused to let us use the code and they won't response i have waited 4 days find out why but support won't respone to our emails so i am disappointed in google play and bestbuy

I never got my card I put it in it never worked, I wanted to buy minecraft
