I was for a week trying to get the code to redeem it, and it couldn’t, because it’s electronic they ask for the card to enable it and I bought it digitally, so I could never use the credit of that card.

It's Tuesday evening, shouldn't take hours to receive code. 2 hours 30 minutes later, still waiting.

A scammer/hacker broke into my account and purchased this. Because it's a digital code it can't be refunded. These Google Play cards and Itune cards seem to be the currency of the underworld. I wish Apple and Google would do something about these.

Never was able to redeem it. Used the order confirmation number and same email I used to purchase and it just locked me out

I’m having problems redeeming my last few months of google cards. I’ve even saving google cards up for my son for his birthday... I’m sure it’s glitch or something I’m hoping but I want to give heads up. Admitted I have bought these in the past and have not had problems up until now

The code does not work, I tried to redeem it and it says I cannot. Asked a friend to try as well, and it did not work on either of their devices. I suppose I'm glad it's only a $10 card and not a bigger one, but it was still a waste of money.

I did pay in 4, then wanted me to sugn in and it took the full $50, and my pay in 4 payment

Couldn't use for some dumb reason and i Couldn't send get a refund highly suggest not buying this

Unable to redeem the gift card with this error: "We need more info to redeem your gift card" which requires contacting Google Support.

Gifted to tobias carpenter for chirstmas. Electronic gift xard was bever able to redeem. It asked for proof of purchase provided what we have and we were never able to redeem it, and we were not contacted for assistance when we requested it.

Why I can’t be able to redeem this card they’re saying error that I should contact customer care

Having problems redeeming my last cards I’ve been saving up for my son’s birthday it’s his point I’m getting very worried because I’ve tried different apps and he’s tried different emails it seems to be some kind of glitch in the cards. Need help please?

don't buy from best buy they will make you regret. and secondly those there customer care are unprofessional

Takes almost 2 days to recieve the digital code not shortly after as stated in the description.

I tried to redeem gift code and it would not let me redeem gift code. I do recomend not to purchase online.

Scammed and if vessel can take the time and effort it would take a few days for the next two weeks and I will send it to you tomorrow.

Do not buy any digital gift cards. They won't be redeemable and literally no one will be able to help you and won't be able to get a a refund. DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!!!

I can’t get this redeemed, google will not redeem It and I can’t get anyone at Best Buy to angel this order even though I told them within 19 minutes to cancel it. Give me back my 100
