Why should I have to wait two days or longer for a freaking code???? I will never purchase another Google Play gift card from Best Buy again.. I purchased a $50 one it through within seconds needed additional funds to make my online purchase.. the sale will end before BEST BUY gets around to doing there job! I can't even cancel because they keep my money for 10 days . RIDICULOUS to say the least!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Terrible place to buy an egift card... Bought a Google pay gift card to save me some time on going to the store. It would have been quicker to go to the store. So now I have spent money on a product and all I get is " order received! We'll let you know when it's ready" no timeline, no era, no one to ask for help. Glad they're not in the food industry I guess. Never again

Don't buy anything there and don't waste your money and time ,it's the worst buy not best buy they mistaken name of the store. They know how to take money but never sent orders pretending that they don't know how to fix their problems, pathetic

Been waiting over 12 hours for my gift cards. Still waiting as i write this review. Reached out to customer support and was told it can take 24 to 48 hours to receive my code. I would of been better off buying the gift card in store smh.

Went through hoops trying to get my gift card. Talked to a rep online, then two separate reps on the phone only to be told to "be patient," "stop inquiring," and "that it is processing." I've never had to wait 24-48 hours for a digital redemption. Never purchasing a digital card from Best Buy again. Lesson learned.

The website says immediate delivery, but upon ordering it does not email immediate. Order if you have a few days before you receive your digital gift card

I been waiting for like hours for code to send. And its still not sent yet to my email.

I purchased my card yesterday in the morning and I still have not received it. Amazon or GameStop is a better choice because I don't even know if my card is ever going to show up in my email or on text or anything. I've received zilch as far as help. Best Buy has fallen far from what they used to be.

Bought a code as a Birthday gift and after following instructions the given no card was found and eventually was lock out of account. I thought making an online purchase would be smarter with the gift card scam, but boy was I wrong.

Purchased 3 times. The first 2 times the orders "got stuck" awaiting fulfillment and had to be canceled. The 3rd time is going on 4 hours without fulfillment. Not sure how a digital gift card takes so long to fulfill.

Bestbuy is worthless, used ZIP pay and they put a hold on my order to “verify bank details” but they use ZIP like 10,000 times a day. Best Buy is actually r3t@rded.

I have ordered these kind of cards from different retailers a decent amount times online. Yet, BestBuy was the only one to ever give me an issue and just couldnt resolve my issue. Maybe i was just unlucky, but if you or the person youre gifting it to, needs it quickly then be advised that you may not get the code within the hour or within 24 hours.
