This gift card was sold to me and cannot be redeemed using the activation code that was provided so basically Best Buy stole $200 from me.

For some reason, after purchasing these cards many times, the last few have errored out via Google when I attempt to use them. I can add them to my account without any trouble, but then the money is locked and I cannot use it. I don't know what the deal is but I will certainty not let it happen again and I advise you all steer clear of this purchase.

Purchase this digital card for money, gor my son and we couldn't activate it. I was on the phone an hour and a half with customer service with no result. They said they were gonna email me and I never got an email from them.

They claim they have a maximum hold of 48 hours to distribute the digital code. Clearly, someone lied because 4 days later, I am still waiting to get my purchase. Terrible out of country support team that takes 10 minutes to figure out how to transfer me to a supervisor that still can not figure out why or how to resolve this issue. Please get it together best buy this is terrible.

Biggest issue when I have ever ordered playstore cards from best buy online.. sometimes you get it right away. Sometimes it's taken days.. get it together already.

Takes forever for digital delivery. I should of went to an actual bestbuy store to purchase a gift card.

Recently purchased this google play card. The card number was entered to be redeemed. Google flagged it right away and said that they needed more information. They wanted card numbers, receipts and more info. Currently in limbo if we can actually ever use the gift card.

Takes very long to delivery some times byt when it does, it's very easy to use.

Bought a $200 digital card the other day and when I attempted to redeem it it said it was invalid. I contacted Google Play services and they said they couldn't doo anything to help so I am out $200 for nothing.

Been waiting for over 5 hours for it to be emailed when it should have taken less than 5minutes. I might as well have went to a local store and bought it in person.

Never buy this. They will make you jump thru hoops after hoops to try and use them and then you could do everything, wait days, and still not be able to use them.
