How can this be "refurbished" if it was obviously never even tested nor brought up to original equipment manufacturer standards? It shipped without the medium ear tips that normally come pre-installed, without which there is no way to use this product. According to their own employees, this was instead an apparently open box item that was repackaged and sent out fraudulently as "refurbished" while failing outright to warm on their site of any release from reliability. This was a lie, it cost me time AND money, since these were meant for an income producing contract. Needless to say, this is the very last purchase I will ever make from Best Buy in person or especially online. They cannot be believed, as they lack all credibility nor any understanding for their customers.

The earbuds have very good quality but I do have trouble keeping them in my ears. But besides that they are very good

Great earbuds! They stay in your ear when working, especially going for long runs.

Good value for more than 50% off. Showed no signs of use and came in original packaging, but the Medium sized eartips (the default ones) were not included! This is not a problem for me because I don't use that size but if you need the medium eartip you will need to purchase a separate replacement!

Great ear buds but they keep falling out of my ears. Buds fall on the ground and get dirty.

Excellent I love them. I use them every night before bed and when I just wanna listen to music.

Works really well. Got mine refurbished but came clean and functional. The only issue was that I had to "reset" the buds manually so I could wipe the previous user and I could then get it to my devices.

Great second generation product. I have the first generation and these are definitely a much smaller form factor and perform very well

Perfect if you have a pixel phone, and the ability to use gemni live hands-free makes them one of the more useful buds on market!

Order the pixel buds pro 2 refurbished got the box from a delivery driver opened the box immediately no earbuds but there was a wall charger i was on a chat with a best buy agent for over 1 hr she was extremely helpful got another pair shipped out immediately!then the next day i was checking tracking when it was cancelled! again on a chat for over 1 hr just to be told the back team cancelled it because i received my delivery lol !so as im chatting i get switched to a different agent here we go again this one tells me they will get another sent out but i wouldn't get them until Saturday but i am going out of town i asked for faster shipping as they were checking i get switched yet again finally i just want a refund i have waisted not only money but my time !!!!!they should have had me go to a local store and just get a pair from the store for all the inconvenience!!i still dont have a refund!!i forgot i had to pay the shipper to tape the return box with the wall charger in it !!

They work great and I got them at a great price. I think google has some great technology.

Worked well till it worked. In above 8 months of use, suddenly stopped charging one day & since has been dead.

Everything seems fine, however when talking on the phone, the person I’m talking to can’t understand what I’m saying. Refurbished are no good.

Great buds. But lost 2 medium eartips and 1 small eartip. I try to contact customer services but no send eartips to me option. So I have to ruturn it and buy another one. Hope is a good decision.
