||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm giving them an excellent rating because they are excellent, but I lost my first gen pixel buds pro and got these but didn't really notice a difference other than these being a bit smaller. I'd get the first ones for cheaper but these are worth getting if you really need slightly better active noise cancellation.

This was indicated in other reviews as well. In talking with customer service, the soiution is to exchnage at the store and have a new aet shipped. A ten percent refund would have been a better solution that would have offset the cost of buying new ear tips. Otherwise this looked pretty much beand new. If the replacement is not acceptable Im just going to return them and give up all together. I more more bothered by thr fact that I have to spend my time with CS and then go in the store to exchange over some eartips. Had the xs or lrg been missing it wouldn't have been as a big a deal.

The buds do not always connect with blue tooth devices. I am a Google Pixel loyalist having the watch and phone, but I do not recommend these earbuds.

Posted .Hi there. We’re sorry to hear you’ve had connection issues on the Pixel Buds Pro 2 — we get this can be frustrating. Normally, a quick reset can resolve these problems — here’s how:
1. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget the device.
2. Plug the charging case into a power source using a USB-C cable.
3. Make sure the earbuds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open.
4. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds.
5. When the earbuds status light stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button.
6. Check the earbuds status lights.

Good sound, glitchy hardware

Case stopped charging properly and I had to factory reset. Then there was a weird feedback issue that required me to clean the buds every day. Now, the microphone on the left earbud has just stopped working. Very glitchy product.
