It shipped without the medium ear tips that normally come pre-installed, without which there is no way to use this product. According to their own employees, this was instead an apparently open box item that was repackaged and sent out fraudulently as "refurbished" while failing outright to warm on their site of any release from reliability. This was a lie, it cost me time AND money, since these were meant for an income producing contract. Needless to say, this is the very last purchase I will ever make from Best Buy in person or especially online. They cannot be believed, as they lack all credibility nor any understanding for their customers.

Showed no signs of use and came in original packaging, but the Medium sized eartips (the default ones) were not included! This is not a problem for me because I don't use that size but if you need the medium eartip you will need to purchase a separate replacement!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Order the pixel buds pro 2 refurbished got the box from a delivery driver opened the box immediately no earbuds but there was a wall charger i was on a chat with a best buy agent for over 1 hr she was extremely helpful got another pair shipped out immediately!then the next day i was checking tracking when it was cancelled! again on a chat for over 1 hr just to be told the back team cancelled it because i received my delivery lol !so as im chatting i get switched to a different agent here we go again this one tells me they will get another sent out but i wouldn't get them until Saturday but i am going out of town i asked for faster shipping as they were checking i get switched yet again finally i just want a refund i have waisted not only money but my time !!!!!they should have had me go to a local store and just get a pair from the store for all the inconvenience!!i still dont have a refund!!i forgot i had to pay the shipper to tape the return box with the wall charger in it !!
