The buttons on remote have changed slightly from the last version, so adjustments are needed. But overall, very nice upgrade on the design.

great streaming device works great with my google home to fast great picture and great cost for how good this works my apple tv is almost double but this works just as good if not better at times

The streamer is a little faster than the old Chromecast, and just a little[ better at everything it does, but at more than double the price, I don't know.

So far I have liked the speed and ease of use, I upgraded from the chromecast. It was pretty easy to setup and it loaded some of my apps from the chromecast. Only downside is you have still have wires that show, but I was able to work around that.

If you are upgrading from the Chromecast with google TV 4K, its not worth paying double the price, Agree its faster but not higjly noticeable though double RAM and Ethernet present. Picture amd audio quality is same as previous midel. I have 200 inch screen in a dedicated home theater and didn’t see any difference. Expected a lot with double the price. If looking for a chromecast, better go with older model itself. May be you can go with this if looking to use other options of using othrr than streaming. If its just for streaming, not worth $99

A great alternative to firestick. Super smooth no lag

I'm amazed at the speed with which it navigates through the main menu and how quickly it opens installed apps. The video quality is excellent. Highly recommended!

I had a pretty good experience with both of my new Google TV 4K devices with one caveat, judder on certain apps. I tried everything from reducing the judder setting on my Samsung QLED to setting the resolution to 1080P 59Hz on the Google 4K device. There was this constant judder on Apple+, Paramount+ and even YouTube. Replaced both devices with another big-named brand and now the judder is gone.

Its a google product so you never know what to expect. The item is packaged very well. The item was not easy to setup since it connected to my internet easily via the google home app but then my phone couldn't see it after that I need to proceed with manual setup. Device updated and thought everything was working but it is not turning the TV off and on. Once device is setup, I am not able to find where to setup the TV so it will turn the TV off and on when turning the device on. I might need to just reset the device and start over. I am liking that you can have dual profiles on one device though since that was missing on the last google device. Super easy to use and everything is very snappy and fast. I would recommend this device besides the painful setup process.

Google TV streamer works great for those who want and like the android tv experience. It's snappy and integrates with Google home.

Simple and effective, allows me to by-pass the bloatware on my smart TV's interface by using the google interface.
