    I had no issues over the course of 27 scuba dives in two weeks. I was able to use the same inserts over multiple days. One helpful hint is to tear the insert up into smaller pieces to fit better in the housing otherwise you may not get the housing door shut properly.

    Living in SoCal, I never felt the needs to use these inserts. However, having them is crucial since you will need them at some point and your adventure could be disastrous if your lens fog up so why not grab some just in case.

    I would get fogging when I would take this to the beach or to other humid areas....this curbs the problem. NO MORE FOGGING!! Must have if you plan on taking shots at the beach!
