    Was skeptical about the up charge but got these batteries instead of the normal Gopro ones (blue colored) because of the description for better battery life. I have noticed they last longer and do better in less than ideal weather than they base battery i own and the charger is very convenient.

    Easy to use. There is an indicator light to show when the batteries are fully charged (two separate lights for each battery compartment). I love the peace of mind it gives me. Now when I'm traveling or out for many hours at a time, I have backup batteries to make sure I get the shots I need.

    You know you are going to need extra batteries, so you might as well get the best ones. Longer lasting than the blue one that comes with it, maybe an hour on 1080p60 and heavy stabilization use. And if you have extra batteries, you definitely want the package with the charger because charging them all in the camera is a pain.

    Good to have extra batteries if you are going on a long day trip, which is normally the case for me. Normally one battery can last around 40-60 minutes of continuous recording, so if you are going on a full day, or if you don’t have time to charge at night, you NEED these extra batteries.
