Must Have

It was a pain to have to remove and replace the battery from the unit just to charge. Now I have three batteries( I like having 3) and a great two at a time charger

Dual battery charger keeps you going

You can swap batteries in and out and the LEDs let you know when each battery is at full charge. I really like not using the GoPro camera as the charger.

The dual battery lets me charge two batteries and take more extra. It charges quick and the battery light lets you know when the battery is charged

Pricey but worth having if you have two batteries

Two is usually the max I would use, but I don't want to run out of battery when I still have things I would like to film. Charging the Gopro with a charger is good, but with this I can have three batteries being charged at once, one in the Gopro and two in this. it can quick charge depending on where you've got this plugged into.

Simple

I have yet to be out on a trip and run out of batteries to use because when one dies I place in this and use the other one. Then flip flop. Simplifies your life just a tad.
