Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Fusion 360-Degree Digital Camera for its video quality, 360-degree capture, user-friendly interface, and affordable price. However, they have concerns about the software's usability, short battery life, large file sizes, weight, and overheating issues.

Great camera. Review some handy tricks on You Tube and you are ready to go. Be prepared to be patient with rendering. Requires high powered computers and lots of time to render. Take small clips not exceeding 30 seconds which will each take small time to render. Tie them together afterwards. Otherwise, your computer may lock up if you take more than 2-3 minute clips.

I have used this device quite often and it is very reliable, exceptional pictures quality and easy to use. Most importantly, it allow you to view the video from a 360 perspective. Nice, easy and functional.

Fun little camera to take ordinary things to the next level. I am very happy with gopro's overall ecosystem and this thing fits right in. Battery is a little short and files are pretty big but all manageable with using just the mobile app.

The 4K images and video are amazing but the huge negatives - 360 video processing times (even with fast PC) and battery life makes this a 3-star product. The voices commands are great. If you need something hands-free, then GoPro is your only option for a 360 camera.

I didn't quite like the design of capturing front and rear camera footage separately in two different memory cards and then stitching them through GoPro Fusion Studio which takes huge amount of time for very short clips. In fact the video quality is good so I gave it a 3 star

Like every GoPro it’s the best sport camera, great quality and amazing 360 imagines, but to unload the content and work with it, the softwares and others aspects aren’t user friendly. Don’t recommended to a beginner or everyday user

I don't think the website has very good tutorials or instructions on how to use and all the things you can do with it. Battery life is so so but that's to be expected I guess. I think once I get it all figured out I'll have a much better opinion of the unit and maybe it'll inspire me to get back out and do cool stuff again...dad style.

Not like every other GoPro where you click buttons, upload to your computer or phone and share/edit. Need new computer, 2 memory cards, lots of time and patience. Also, must be willing to learn video editing or already know. But for 1/2 off I figured I'd give it a try and i'm glad i did. But also invested a lot of money.

The GoPro Fusion 360 takes great 360 pictures and videos. You can barely notice where they stitch the videos together for the 360 effect. The only drawbacks arethe time to download the video from the GoPro to a computer or other source for viewing, and the amount of memory you need for a short video.

First 360 camera and GoPro did a great job with the Fusion. Tripod selfie stick is a nice addition to the package. The only downside is the software and it crashes often when rendering on a computer that has more than enough capability. Besides that, you really can't beat the price for the quality.

the camera works very well as you would expect from a gopro this many generations in. camera wise, they know what they are doing. software wise, not so much. I loaded up their software on my fastest machine, dual xeon processors, 24 total cores, 126gig of ram, TWO nVidia GPU cards. this computer can run four k footage in davinci resolve in real time with no issues but the go pro stitching software is abysmally slow. as in a couple of hours for an 8 minute clip. imo the software makes this camera mostly useless. I am thinking of returning it before my 45 day window is up

Don't get me wrong, I love this camera. It's super fun to shoot in 360 while doing everything possible. But it's really hard to render on my PC. It's virtually impossible to edit in 360 veiw. I love making movies and it's fairly easy to operate but you can do more with the hero7 black.

The quality of 360 video that this camera produces is far better than all the many other 360 cameras that I own. However they can really put a lot more work into their phone app and software. The camera gets 5 stars for quality footage. The software gets 3 stars. I meet the two in the middle at 4 stars.

I really wanted to love this camera but feel sorry to return it. The video quality is good, the ability to take a 360 degrees picture or video is great. The thing that made me to return it is the super time consuming stitching and rendering process after the shot. I really wanted to enjoy it. And I mounted it on my motorcycle as well as took it to my kids' sport training. But then, after all the funs of shooting videos for about 50 minutes, it took me 7 hours to edit and render the 360 videos. And I can't even get a 2D picture straight out from this camera without digging into the app for post editing and capturing. I can see if I had took it for a vacation, I wouldn't have neither willing to spend days of priceless time to just get the picture and videos out.

The camera captures 360 video and you can capture everything around you. Post processing does take lots of efforts and better computer. The unit tends to get hot when you use the camera for more than few minutes and it doesn't last too long

This is the kind of camera I've been wanting and it's software correction for the fish eye is great, only gripes are: it requires 2 memory cards, no special cases such as water proof, shock, and skeleton. Until they have the standard cases that the others have, it gets a 4 star

Got this gopro fusion on sale at half the price, although I had an idea what this camera's concept and use was, I found out what a lot of people say about stitching and rendering videos in gopro fusion studio. The videos are sharp as expected from any gopro, having 18MP for pics and 4k videos. However, taking footages longer than 30sec would mean a lot of time rendering. I watched a lot of youtube videos on how to make rendering faster or shorter, the best advise is to keep the videos short. The lenses are protruding and exposed on both sides, would have been better if we can buy an accessory to protect them. The box came with a stick that can be turned into a tripod, bundled with a charger and extra battery. Overall, for the price I would say it's more than good to have it. For capturing precious moments in 360 degree I would say it's one of the best tools to carry around when you travel with your family.
