Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Fusion 360-Degree Digital Camera for its video quality, 360-degree capture, user-friendly interface, and affordable price. However, they have concerns about the software's usability, short battery life, large file sizes, weight, and overheating issues.

    Terrible software

What poor software ruining great potential. Biggest issue for me besides the camera freezing while recording requiring battery removal was the lack of ways to share 360 photos and videos. When you download photos from the camera they are put in a inaccessible folder on android and probably iphones as well.. so the only way to share is in app using their limited integrations.. so for photos you can share to facebook only.. not even FB messanger like samsung 360 cameras. No texting 360 files.. no sharing over google drive.. email etc.. i dont want to publically share every photo. For video youtube is at least an option and I can go unlisted. Image quality is OK.. using their software to do anything is painfully slow compared to other programs for video editing. On camera sticthing is a lot worse than PC based. I returned mine even at this low 299 price tag.. the buggy and lacking software ruins it.

Was purchased for honeymoon to Saint Lucia. Used underwater snorkeling and for hikes to waterfalls. Impressed with the clarity and the 360 degrees of imaging. Would prefer deeper waterproof range, but other than that very happy with purchase.

I really wanted to like the Fusion 360 Camera and I thought it took great pictures and videos but they really need to work on their software to make it a complete package. I did end up returing the camera becase the software was such a headache. First my new Samsung S10 Plus will not work with the Go Pro app. So to upgrade the firmware of the camera required to download a file on my computer and upload it to a memory card for the camera to update. Second the software to stitch and render the 360 files together would use all of my RAM and cause the program to crash even on files less than a minute long. Go Pro makes great hardware but really needs to put more effort into their software.

Good but still not great especially in low light

Well it does what it is supposed to do, take 360 photos and videos. I personally only use the photo part of it for work and even though it is a little better quality than the other options such as the Ricoh theta V it’s not better by much. When shooting indoors the highlights always end up getting blown out for example like windows or any light source but the shadows are very muddy and grainy. It’s not a good low light camera. It does a good job outside so if you are getting it for outdoors purposes by all mean it’s great but for anything indoors or low light the quality is not there yet

Great camera! Easy to shoot still pictures or video. Problem with camera is the software to stitch 3D together. It is not very user friendly.

You have to think a little differently when using this camera, but if you play around with it before heading out you will have a much better experience. When you use it and position it properly it can give you some fun and creative results.

I bought this knowing that I wouldn’t use it a lot, but having it has given me the chance to test out different angles and try new things, a little too expensive for a toy but it’s fun

I love all go pro products, I also love the fusion but there’s a few issues. 1st issue is the square size, for me recording high speed action shots the camera is too blocky and makes it hard with the wind 2ns is the 2 SD cards needed . Not that big a deal for me but I can see how others would. 3rd compared to other 360 cameras like the rylo, fusion app is not very helpful. 4th and biggest concern is the downloading videos into system and how long it takes to stitch photos and having to use a 3rd party (paid) software to do edits. Bought it because it was on sale and I own a hero 5,6,7 karma drone and karma grip. would have bought the rylo instead.

Great camera. I have had a blast learning to use it. Be war Need, make sure your computer is up to the task of handling 360 degree photo processing. I didnt and I ended up having to buy a new computer. Worth it in the end.

This Go Pro Fusion has it all, great photo's, great videos, night shots, burst photo's, remote control with your smart phone, and more. It takes a minute to figure out what angle you want to hold your camera for action shots and posed photos, but once you do, it gives you peace of mind that you are going to get the shot you want. I am still reviewing the photo's and videos from our recent trip to Oahu, where we climbed volcanoes, swam with sharks and more. Buy it, you won't regret it!

Camera captures amazing 5k video, though the software can use improvement. Takes a really long time to convert videos and if you had gps on when filming a video, it is no where to be found in fusion studio.
