Customers are saying

Customers highly value the Fusion 360-Degree Digital Camera for its video quality, 360-degree capture, user-friendly interface, and affordable price. However, they have concerns about the software's usability, short battery life, large file sizes, weight, and overheating issues.

Love this thing so far. The ability to set the camera somewhere, and let it capture everything (OverCaputre) is incredible and really cool. There is definitely a learning curve on the editing and the software, but it is easy to pick up and you'll have it in no time.

Not the best camera I've bought from GoPro

I bought this camera for my South America trip last year. It's easy to use. However, stitching your front and back files can be tedious and time consuming. It takes practice to get the hang of it I guess. I've been messing with it for a while and still can't get it all down. Lastly, the files have been getting corrupted lately. All the footage for the last 2 months is corrupt and unusable. I do not recommend it for newbie.

Decent Foundation for GoPro's Entry Into 360

The GoPro Fusion is a decent entry into the 360 camera market, but it's far from perfect. The workload of editing the photos to get the right shot and other angles and features of the 360 are laborious. Factor this struggle with the fact that not everyone can enjoy the 360 photos equally make the Fusion lacking in use. However, it's a great foundation that GoPro can build on. Until then, one might want to consider another 360 camera option that's easier to use.

The Fusion works as advertised and exceeds expectations with the video quality. However, the amount of editing required to produce any video is extensive.

Bought this 360 camera for a work project. I was able to capture the footage I wanted mostly but the battery does not last very long and the camera is fragile. There is a bit of a learning curve so it takes more than just point and shoot. However, once you get familiar with it's capabilities, it can be pretty fun to use. Still, there are better 360 cameras out there at a similar price point that are easier to use.

This seems like a really useful device. However, it USB-C connector used to charge and download media is very temperamental. If you don't use the specific cable that comes with it, the connection is loose and it won't consistently charge or maintain connection to download files from the card. Battery life is also terrible - be prepared to leave it connected to a charger or have multiple batteries. I can see why this came down in price!

If you are a standard GoPro user this will cause you great frustration until you understand how it works. Probably not for a hobbyist or something just messing around with a few family videos, the software does take some getting used to and if you are a click and use kind of person this is NOT for you. I really enjoy the 360 functionality of this however I purchased the hero 7 black as well and that is my go to camera completely out of familiarity with the standard 180 view. Buy it, try it, don't complain if you do not read how it works.
