Had the Go Pro 10 and tried out this one for a concert, the amount of time of recording is around 40 minutes which I expected, but overall good for the price. Good buy!

It was a Christmas gift to my son. He has used it twice. Now it will not charge. It is beyond the GoPro 1 year warranty window. I would say a piece of junk and do not buy.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product turned out to be a defective item, esp because the Best Buy rep never told me that the cord provided was not supposed to be involved in the recharge operation, and it overheated the Hero 11 MiniCamera, and destroyed it. I didn't mind replacing it too much because, it turns out the hero 12 had important improvements. Someone in the Geek Squad lost the SD Card I had bought separately, so when they returned the defective and damaged product, my SD card went with it. They charged me again for the 2nd one I bought for the Hero 12.

Overheat caused the videos not be longer than 30 min since the very firt use, it just went off since the begining. Later it started not recognizing any SD card, becoming useles.
