Will not charge - at all. Referred to as junk!

It was a Christmas gift to my son. He has used it twice. Now it will not charge. It is beyond the GoPro 1 year warranty window. I would say a piece of junk and do not buy.

I wanted it to be good so badly but…

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought that my exposure was right using an ND, and totally screw up a shoot blowing out video exposures. Unfortunate. I was pumped when this first came out because I really liked the Session but for the price difference I’ll take that screen for the assurance that my light and color are good!

H11 Defective. Staff instructions to me Insuffici

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product turned out to be a defective item, esp because the Best Buy rep never told me that the cord provided was not supposed to be involved in the recharge operation, and it overheated the Hero 11 MiniCamera, and destroyed it. I didn't mind replacing it too much because, it turns out the hero 12 had important improvements. Someone in the Geek Squad lost the SD Card I had bought separately, so when they returned the defective and damaged product, my SD card went with it. They charged me again for the 2nd one I bought for the Hero 12.
