    Simply stated, I spent $246 for this camera in November. It was a Christmas gift to my son. He has used it twice. Now it will not charge. It is beyond the GoPro 1 year warranty window. I would say a piece of junk and do not buy.

    I've used the Mini now for 2 outings and so far and I have had no issues. I've own gopro 11, 9, 7, and 5s, and this thing is just a little bulkier then my 7.
