Customer Ratings & Reviews

Nice quality videos. My son uses this for his content creation and loves it. It’s easy to use and does its job well.

I recently picked up the GoPro Hero 13 Black to start live streaming my son’s baseball games, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the experience at the Woodbridge Best Buy. The camera is incredibly easy to use—even for someone who’s not a tech expert. Setup was simple, the touch screen is responsive, and the live stream feature worked flawlessly right out of the box. But what really stood out was the staff at the Woodbridge location. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I left with everything I needed—from the right mounts to a power solution for longer recordings. They walked me through the setup and gave helpful tips to get the best stream quality. Big thanks to the team there for making it all so seamless!

GoPro is amazing and this hero 13 is the best of the best. You can always depend on this camera to get the right shots. The overall performance on the hero 13 is outstanding and I would highly recommend anyone to get this GoPro for any type of video use.

Great camera! Easy to operate and good quality. Front and back screens make it a lot easier to see what your filming/photographing.

The best product in all functions delivers very clear videos , resistant and battery life is good .

I loved the image, the only thing I honestly didn’t like is that it heats up in continuous recording, I thought it would last longer

Great video quality great audio easy to use only downside is battery life

Upgraded from the Hero 8. Friends have the 10 and 11. Noth with different features. Demo on the 12 was pretty cool. Decided to pull the trigger on the 13. Stabilization software is incredible. Tested between the 11 and 13 on several downhill biking trails and am thoroughly impressed by the 13. The 11 does a great job, but the battery life is way shorter than the 13. My friend decided to upgrade after our ride. Now we both have the 13 and enjoy the smooth footage of our rides. Only gripe with the 13 is accessory compatibility. Older mounts tend to not be as compatible and this may be due to the shorter folding legs. Otherwise, best camera I have purchased since Hero 4.

Fantastic upgrade over by GP Hero 5. Love the video quality and ease of control in the app. Battery life significantly improved also. Caught it on sale and received an extra battery too!

I do alot of vlogging and events so this has become a staple in my rigs, the battery life lasted me well over 8 hours with 4-5 hours of on an off recording from a single charge, performing great in low light, the menu system an setup were easy to maneuver.

The GoPro Hero13 is an impressive piece of technology. Its seamless integration with the app makes managing footage effortless, and the live broadcast feature is a game-changer for capturing and sharing moments in real-time. The remote trigger adds incredible convenience, especially for dynamic shooting scenarios. The camera is well-built, durable, and packed with modern, innovative features. While the subscription is required for some advanced features, it enhances the overall experience, making it well worth it for enthusiasts.

Great product. I was about to leave on a trip and needed a new camera. Big upgrade over the 10. I purchased the open box product. It was a great deal and quality product!

honestly i got this camera for rolles and it’s still hasn’t felled me and i haven’t gotten an issue with it and easy to use all the instructions as fallowed probably one of the best cameras that i have own

This camera has been great. It's easy to use and has worked well for everything I've thrown at it. No complaints so far — I would recommend it to anyone looking for an action camera.

Compact and good quality pics and videos. I love it!

This was actually my first camera to start vlogging. And honestly paired with the DJI mini for a beginner quality of it is amazing and got some amazing shots underwater. It’s a cool little camera especially if you’re vlogging outside and even in the rain rain it works amazing

I love my new go pro camera it’s amazing quality video and even better on wide screen

I've been a GoPro fan for many years, and I assure you - you would love this latest GoPro 13 camera. It records awesome sports action videos in high smooth video quaily. The sound quality needs some improvement, but maybe I need a good external mike. Oh, and I really love the extended battery life - it lasts more than an hour on full charge. Gone are the days of swapping batteries every 15 mins!

We use ours for under water filming and also on a wrist mount while bike riding. Clear footage and easy to use. I would say the only 2 negatives are not being able to zoom and also that the newer versions don’t work in the dome that I bought for our prior go pros. I may not be savvy enough to tell between the 10, 11, 12, 13, but we do love our go pro and use it all the time.

It's a great product, better than the 4k version. I can do streaming and filming even in the dark. The only problem: is a little bit heavy.
