this product is absolutely wonderful. I have wanted a gopro for a while and my father finally got me one and i couldn't be more excited. Everything about it is perfect. the video, quality, the wonderful packaging, and all the extra amenities that come along with it make it hard not to buy. 10/10 recommend!

Bought this for my husband and he loved it… until we took it on vacation and it didn’t work. The carrier is great for travel and loved it came with the stick. The reason I gave a 4 star is because we contacted GoPro and they sent us a brand new one.

This is my very first camera purchase excluding any on a phone. Stellar would be to simple. This device is a workhorse, and I have been using and performance testing it. I've filmed a few hours to the date of this post. Now for the brutal truth. I had to return my very first camera, because of a dead pixel, to the general public it may not be a big deal, but for a high value device it broke my heart. I needed to run to my fellow nerds to find a "safe space" to vent. We cried and they encouraged me to return the device because I HAD purchased Best Buy Device membership which allows, NOT TO USE INSURANCE, and get a replacement free of charge. Now with my second camera ever, I haven't worked it as much, though I'll post on social media about how it is performing hopefully no more dead pixels. FYI, Premium Cloud is a must. Premium+ Cloud sounds like a good service though I cannot afford it at this time. P.S.A. the device still earns 5 stars due to the service it has providing. People aren't perfect, so I won't be biased on ONE defective device...if a trend is spotted, then yes 4 stars or worse.

Because it's a Christmas gift, I have tested it out yet. However, it's just what we're looking for in terms of quality & usefulness for our activities. Our prior action camera did not do a good job while SCUBA diving but we believe the GoPro will work great for that as well as for our other sports activities like skiing, mountain biking & off-roading.

I’ve been using the GoPro HERO13 for a few months now, and it’s hands down the best GoPro I’ve owned. The video quality is absolutely stunning—crisp 5.3K resolution, ultra-smooth stabilization, and better low-light performance than previous models. Whether I’m biking, hiking, or just capturing everyday moments, this camera delivers. The bundle was a great value—extra batteries, mounts, and the carrying case all came in handy. The new voice control is more responsive, and I love the front-facing screen for vlogging and selfies. Battery life is decent, especially with the Enduro batteries, though I’d still recommend carrying extras for longer shoots. Also, the mobile app has improved—transferring clips is way easier now. If you’re into action sports, travel vlogging, or just want a rugged all-around camera, the HERO13 is a fantastic upgrade.

Alright, diving back into the GoPro’s stabilization, design, and new lens, the rugged build and top-notch HyperSmooth stabilization make it a dream for capturing smooth action shots. The new lens mods boost creative options, though the cost is high. Perfect for adventurers and creators needing durable, versatile gear!

This is my very first Go Pro and I must say it is a very great camera. I purchased for a hiking/mountain trip I recently took and I am amazed at the quality of the camera. I bought it with the intention of lowering the use of my phone and having more memories be recorded for longer and there are no regrets. This camera will be used for the rest of my trips, no matter where I go. As an outdoor person, it is a must have.

The GoPro Hero 13 Black far exceeded expectations. Having had multiple GoPro's in the past this one is by far superior!!! The app and downloading is very easy, anyone could use it.

If you are thinking about buying a Dash Cam; just buy a GoPro with the Cobra dash Cam wire kit instead. Go on you tube and learn the set up. It is an easy DIY and the same visual on a license plate and the obvious is it can be used for other styles of video footage. Get the magnetic quick release ball mount thingy to hold the GOPRO and take it with you out of your car.

excellent condition purchased this open box. My only complaint being that the battery dies fairly quickly, which is neither here nor there I would recommend purchasing additional batteries upon purchase if you’re planning on making Vlogs or anything of that nature. Video quality is excellent.

Bought it before our trip to Hawaii and it worked beautifully. I love the fact that you can save individual frames as a photo, and they look better than what my camera phone can take.

I see a lot of YouTube videos talking about the overheating on these GoPro. I use a GoPro for one hour straight on 95° weather and it started overheating after one hour if you're in a control climate room you can probably go longer but I use this GoPro every day for POV social media cooking if you wanna be out in the streets and Vlog, I recommend the Insta 360 go 3S it's more compact. It turns into a smaller camera that attaches to your shirt and already comes with a lanyard, but the only downside to the Insta 360 would be that once it is detached to a smaller camera, it has a 30 minute lifespan once you clip it back to the camera it recharges it.

love this go pro and love using this. So easy to use and convenient and strong. I have been able to enjoy filming under water when I go snorkeling.

I've had many GoPros (at least 5) and have lost/broken all of them over the years as a whitewater kayaker. I bought the 13 Black thinking it would be a major improvement over my now partially broken 10 black. Well, yes, the image quality is a little better and I realize it's a big spec bump, but the battery life is still garbage and the software is still super clunky. I ended up returning the 13 in favor of likely waiting for the 14 and/or going with a high end 360 cam like the X5 that seems to have few drawbacks other than size/weight.
