I bought this camera for use on our recent cruise to the Caribbean. It was amazing. The videos and pictures are of the best quality.

This is a great camera to catch all that on the go action, but best of all the quality is the best. Beautiful pictures!!!

Love it, love it love.... gosh i am going to need to buy like a 100 terabyte drive with all the video, photos i shoot, our family is active and love every minute of it.. get you kids to take down the water slide with them at water parks, set on Disk golf baskets as you come into you favorite hole, as a family we just love it. great present for you vacation, even better when you turn into a video that you love to see over and over again.. Gopro edit software, wished it was more user friendly but it's ok. have fun with this, don't forget you go pro floaty on the back door, don't forget to tether you go pro as well no matter what you attach to.. you spent this much to have, be cheap enough to have good tethers to keep it.. ha ha and have fun! check out the video i made with the gropro software and camera. Not a great movie maker yet, but i have years of practice to come.. ha ha The Great Red Giant!

Charged battery, turned it on, tried to update my first one... update froze for over an hour. Restarted it but never turned on again. Best buy swapped it for me. This one is working flawlessly, recorded several hours of motorcycle riding footage, hiking adventures, dashboard recordings, day-to-night time lapses of the sky/clouds, and I have nothing bad to say about it. I love the WIRELESS feature that I can control from my Android phone using the GoPro App. I can, under most settings, preview on my phone what is being recorded live. Excellent feature for ensuring the right angles, and color settings. If using the included the remote control, I am able to control both of my cameras synchronized at the same time (Makes editing a breeze).

I originally bough this with the intention of using on my boat and motorcycle. Though I haven't had a chance to use on either yet, the real fun came with my daughter at Disney world. This has proved to be a very versatile little camera for getting great family videos and pictures without the risk of water damage or drop damage. The videos and pictures it takes are absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend not just to people that want to use for extreme activities, but as a replacement for an everyday camera. The battery life leaves something to be desired, but at $20 a pop, just buy one or two more. I also went with the LCD touchbak screen. Accessories out of the box are more than enough to get you started, minus a memory card. Spend some time reading the manual and learning the different modes. This isn't something you want to be figuring out when your ready to record.

I purchased this for my son to record video while riding his motorcycle. We added a few accessories and he loves it.

I love This cam. Its dope on so many levels. I use it to pick up footage in nightclubs and in travel. Good sound pick up , The picture quality is off the hook , they make It easy to connect to attachments for hands free. This camera will work for anyone who wants to get that live action shot or just record nature (lol idk) . The only down fall is it's pricy. So make sure you don't buy this for a person who won't take care of it. So get it and press record!!!!

This camera has excellent video coverage (lots of choices/settings) and takes great photos and video. Very easy to use when connected to a Smart Phone via wifi and you can be quite a distance from the camera to operate it. Extra battery pack added about double the time and is easy to recharge without taking the outer protective case off. The LCD screen is a must when taking photos and lets you see exactly what you are taking. Camera over heated in 90+ degree weather sitting in the sun and shut down until cooled. Free video editor was downloaded but I haven't really used it (I'm using a different program that I'm familiar with already). Lots of accessories that you can add later depending on what you want to do. The camera is amazing for such a small device. The "black" model comes with a remote but you may not need it.

As a beginner this camera was easy to set up and use! My first video was used in the water and came out like I was a professional! Love this camera! Home family videos where never more precise then now! With the Go Pro app anybody can edit videos to make any professional quality movies!! GoPro Be a Hero!!!!!

I love this camera and I have to say I was skeptical before purchasing. I bought while on vacation and do not regret it at all now. The waterproof cases are amazing and I have a few different mounts that I am really beginning to enjoy as well. This thing also takes all the abuse I've thrown at it.

The camera is awesome, no doubt about it. So many things to buy for it, even diy things. The only thing that I could say sucks is that you have to buy an LCD screen, but you can download the free app which you can see a preview, change settings on the fly and hit record. Cant complain, love this thing!

Great camera. The picture quality is amazing. The only drawbacks are the limited battery life on both the camera and the Wi-Fi remote and the sound quality. I mount the camera on the exterior of cars for autocross racing and track time. It doesn't take much to overpower the mike with wind noise.

Great little camera! I can't wait till spring when I can attach it to my motorcycle! So many accessories to choose from for so many different activities!

I love this camera. I have only had limited ability to play with it so far, but it will get a good workout when I go on vacation next week. What use I have gotten has been thoroughly enjoyable. I am an advanced amateur photographer and I've used lots of different cameras. This has been the most fun I've had with a camera in a long time!

Absolutely amazed at the video quality!! Every time I use it, I am still amazed! It's size allows me to use it in my giant scale RC airplanes and quadcopters as well as in my real airplanes! The video comes out smooth without vibration and is as close to perfect as you can get!

I purchased this camera prior to going on vacation this year. Its size and ease of use is very good. I could carry it when a larger camera was not practical. The quality of the photos/videos is beyond belief. I will buy another one for my wife before our trip next year.

For the price, this is better than a regular point-and-shoot camera. You can't beat the size of this camera or the quality of the pictures/video that it takes. You can buy additional parts to mount this on your helmet, bike, etc. It's the best invention ever made.
