Its great but the only think i dont like is i cant zoom it when taking video

Bought this camera for my husband and he loves it. It shoots amazing videos and photos. And we love that you don't need a extra case for it to be waterproof.

Much easier to use than older GoPro models I've had a few of the older models and you needed a degree sometimes to use this one is simple and quality is amazing

I love this have shot so many videos with this! I highly recommend getting the karma grip too if you have extra money to spend. I'm so glad I bought this go pro

The GoPro hero5 black is a great improvement over the GoPro hero 4 sliver or black. It's water proof now which doesn't require that plastic case on it, so you get better sound when you record now. I love that it's voice activated. I don't have to use my GoPro wrist remote anymore. I can just say GoPro record, stop recording, and turn off. It has the ability to record in 4K too. This GoPro hero5 black is a must have if you love capturing great moments with great quality results.

Totally awesome. Snorkeled with this on my full face snorkel with gopro adapter for 1 week and captured the most unreal movies and never once fogged up or stopped working. completely waterproof. Crystal clear, easy to figure out.

This is my summer gift to myself and I have enjoyed it a lot! I love to swim so I take it deep down into the water for great shots! Best camera ever. Love it

We bought this camera for its versatility before going on vacation (video camera, photo shooting abilities and underwater use). Worked well, remained waterproof. Battery is an issue with this camera, would recommend having at least 2 battery packs with this.

Excellent camera, 4k, HD .Good pictures, easy to edit using Quik app, difference stages of slow motion, easy to manage. a lot of accessories. Nice.

I got my GoPro Hero 5 about 2 months ago and have been in love with this thing ever since. I've used this thing to make to make a few home videos of my babies running around and playing. I've taking it 4 wheeling to get some awesome footage I could never get on my phone. It's been to the Houston Zoo where I was able to get some great perspective views with my selfie stick of a few animals. All in all I very satisfied with my Hero 5. The only complaint that I have is that I wish the still shot were a little higher in resolution. But I guess you don't by this thing to take pictures though huh?

I bought this camera for taking video on Jeep trails in Colorado and South East Utah. It was very easy to set up and did a great job of capturing my trip.

My second action camera I have owned. This one out performs my older one like crazy. It has great video quality and easy to use. Great for a first time buyer.

Great product, as an action camera! With that being said, regular photos aren't much to brag about, but everything else is great. Used it in Bahamas's, underwater 4k video is great, and the voice Commands are awesome if you don't have a wireless remote

Very impressed with this gadget. Video and photo quality is top level and the big thing I look for in products is ease of use and this is def user friendly.

I use this for my YouTube videos. Quality is excellent. 4k wide angle is my favorite setting. Gives a great field of view while also keeping a good focus on myself and the background. Cons: low light is iffy. I wish it was a little better in dark environments. Like at night in a room with just normal ceiling lights lack the focus quality on people. It's also a little grainy. I had to buy a studio light used in photography to make my recordings better. If you plan on recording with this in doors be prepared to buy studio lighting. Most you'll spend is $100 on 4 lights

The camera is great and easy to use the videos and pictures I have been able to take are amazing and only continue to get better with more use of the camera

This GoPro has been my favorite. If you're comparing it to the newer model, you don't need it. This does everything you need it to. Very impressed with it! I've taken it everywhere and have never had any problems. Splurge on a bigger memory card!

I love my GoPro Hero 5, it's simple to use and the quality looks great too. I took it with me on my trip to California and the videos were amazing!!!!

I upgraded from the Hero4 Black. So happy I did before a recent trip to Hawaii. Having the touchscreen on the back made it so much easier to change modes on the fly instead of taking time to connect my phone or use the old 2 button method - which I always needed to figure out again each time I used it. I also loved not needing a separate waterproof housing. I was able to get great audio in the pool or ocean when it wasn't submerged. Loved the quick-on feature as well. It was nice to pick it up quickly, push one button, and have it begin filming immediately. Great camera!

My husband took it snowboarding and was able to produce some neat footage to share. Great quality video, and the voice commands are extra helpful.
