Camera preforms exceptionally well. I had a bit of a learning curve in the menus at first but it comes to you if you tinker a bit

I have a Hero 4 black and the 5. this little camera is awesome. I love that it doesn't require the cumbersome case of the previous generation. i took this to the Holi festival in India. I and it were covered in die and I just took it in the shower with me...good as new! it also captured some awesome pictures. I used this instead of my Nikon d750q

I travel a lot to different places so I had been looking at GoPro's for a while. The Hero5 is great because it's small but also has a screen that you can see your images and videos instantly. Sound quality underwater is also amazing. We snorkeled in Maui and were able to hear humpback whales in all our underwater videos. AMAZING

best go pro so far. pics and film is perfect and its waterproof

I finally pulled the trigger on the Hero5 and very glad I did. This thing does everything you need it to with great quality on both photos and videos. More gizmos than anyone needs, but when you are looking for just the right attachment for a project, it is available. I am using this for projects at work and for my fishing. Excellent tool.

Don't worry about the water this is waterproof and easy to use

Exactly what I expected. I have the Hero 5 Session and love it's size but no view screen so the Hero 5 screen is very handy and easy to use. It is very difficult removing the camera from the bracket as it really fits tight. The SD card is also very hard to remove as it doesn't pop out very far. Overall, I really enjoy it.

I bought this camera to take on our last vacation. I had so much fun with it just floating around in the water and walking around on the beach and resort. I also recorded while we were driving around and it worked great for that. The photos and video are beautiful. We are older so we didn't use it for anything extreme but I loved it just the same.

I purchased the go pro for a Florida trip I was taking, but battery life is bad and you need a lot of mermory cards for storage or an alternate source for memory..

I finally upgraded my GroPro and I must say this was the best decision ever. The quality and features are so much better now.

Bought this for my 14 year old nephew, and he loves it. He uses it for so many activities outdoors. Even put it on the family dog for a hike. It inspires him to get out and do things so he can watch it later on the TV. It was a great accessory when he went fly boarding. It showed the activity at an angle you couldn't get any other way.

This is a great waterproof camera for videos and pictures.
