had some issues with audio after going in and out of water. great images and video, if you want ensure audio quality if going in and out of the water frequently i would buy the extra underwater housing. still testing it out, but be sure if you want internal image stabilization that video recording resolution must be 1080p or below.

It's a great improvement over the last to grow Pros that have come out because the video is a lot better on this one when it comes to being able to edit it then and its previous predecessors which were also amazing

We purchased for a Christmas present. The one we got didn't work. Had to return the day after Christmas. The staff was amazing. We were in and out in minutes with a working device. And it's amazing! We love this thing.

I love this camera! I use it for auto repair for YouTube! Videos are smooth and crispy clear to watch. I'd buy it again if need extra. I tried hero5 session, they're good but not great as this one! See it for yourself.

I bought the camera for my vacation and it worked great I was worried since I was in -22 degree weather. The camera worked great and I love that you can take video than grab photos from the video and its lightweight.

The GoPro is simply the best kind of camera! It takes great videos and even better pictures! My only thing to say is to make sure you learn all of the different buttons to use. Get practice in and you'll be fine!

The GoPro Hero 5 Black is an amazing camera and video recorder. The quality of the pictures are immaculate and the video as well. The sound is recorded very clearly and jolty movement is controlled when recording.

We LOVE this camera, its our first Go Pro and we used it scuba diving last week in Nassau, works wonderfully. I got lots of great video at 65 foot depth. (note: for that depth you need to buy the waterproof housing)

Camera works great the touch LCD screen is a big upgrade. But the front material of the camera fades dramatically after the first use making the camera look ugly... but overall satisfaction, is that of super stoked

I had a Sony Actioncam and it sucked. I couldn't get it to sync with the wrist viewer. I opted for the "gold standard" instead. Reading other reviews and seeing how easy it looks to operate, I decided to purchase it. It's still not opened since I'm not doing any "action" activities, but I'm guessing the 4K video will be fine.

I like to go on adventures and be able to capture the moments. This gopro is a great product and very easy to use. I am far from a pro with cameras but I myself have shot some amazing things with this camera.

I have owned and used the Hero 3 and 4 Black models and the picture quality of this model blows the others out of the water. Te battery life issues have also gotten better even with the improved output and resolution.

This is my third GoPro camera, and it is the best! It is waterproof without a cumbersome housing, and the GPS works well along with the WiFi connection, and the ability to upload to the Cloud. I am very happy.

Outstanding action camera that shoots gorgeous 4k/30fps and 1080/60fps video. Just climbed Mt. Rainier and all our phones were dead due to the extreme cold but it was no match for the GoPro Hero 5!
