I purchased this camera while on a road trip but I really had no time to go through all the instructions so I decided to return it without so much as opening the box. I will however repurchase it again soon.

I recorded a time lapse for 20 mins then another video for roughly 10 mins before it shutdown due to the battery life.

No as sharp at all I bought 2 of them took back the first one and wanted to try again. GoPro HERO5 Black twice as sharp. The 1080 on the GoPro HERO5 Black is sharper then the 4k on the session 5.

I use it for FPV Mini Kwads for Freestyle and Racing. I had the session for over a month, works every time. One down fall to all GoPro products that you need IOS 11 firmware. I use a IPhone 4, and I can't change my Sessions5 settings.

My son likes the go pro but had to take back because it was freezing on him! Best buy replaced it with a new one! We think it was freezing because of the chip! Haven't returned that yet he is using one from his tablet and it's not freezing anymore!

Great for snowboarding and skiing definitely worth the money you pay

Great camera to mount and take action video. The live view on my phone is great. Mounted in front of my rear view mirror and actuated with the Reno remote works great without obstructing my view.

It's the old cliche'...you pay for what you get. I might get a higher quality one if I ever want to take on adventure trips, but this one is good for playing around with my kiddo and filming his adventures for us to watch later.

The battery is not replaceable; the controls are hard to manage; there is no way to ZOOM or WIDE ANGLE; the audio isn't all that great; granted it's small but just wasn't what I needed

It’s alright but a few days after it powered off and wouldn’t turn on yes it was charged so we took it back and found out they on warranty it for 15 day unless you buy the warranty

got this for my trip to hong kong, strapped it to my backpack, and recorded a lot of video, got myself a 512gb sd card and works great with it.

Only had a chance to use this camera a few times in my backyard. I wish it had a way to zoom closer to small objects like monarch butterflies or hummingbirds. Originally I bought this for when I go fishing to record my catches.

Little miffed about wide angle Picture stablization needs works You cant walk around a house without getting dizzy even using a handstick Picture ia great Editing on phone is a cant miss Still needs a little refinement

The video quality is really good on the camera. We use it when we are the kayak and the stabilization is great. I give it only 4 stars because the power (on/off) function is kind of tricky and the app function/wifi is a pain.

The only issue I had was linking it to my phone. I seemed to have to do a 'new connection' but I have had updates on my iPhone and the GoPro which seem to have remedied the situation.

perfect size. batttery life is excellent. you will need a high capacity memory card. upload to go pro .com is a little time consumer but worth it for the editing features and storage

This camera got so hot that it froze, I had to hard reset it many times and it would randomly shut off. Terrible battery life, spend the extra $100 and get the Hero5 black.

Love the portability and resolution. No zoom feature, doesn't always connect to your device. Menu is too confusing. Takes a while to figure out how to manage the functions

Top notch quality when it comes to the build of this GoPro. They have all been fantastic products but this is my first Session and I am sold! Great for a first GoPro or secondary

This a must have camera for Amy sports and travel even a weekend with friends and family just make sure you got 128gb and portable battery so you can capture all the fun moments.
