Beautiful 4k videos and I love the fact that there is no need for a separate water proof case. I owned the first generation gopro and this is a HUGE step up. Love it.

This camera has made a huge jump for gopro. The touch screen is awesome. The stories that creat are cool. Great photos.

Got this to replace my GoPro 3, and what an upgrade. Touch screen and 4k video. Can't go wrong. I am unable to compare this to the GoPro 5.

I got the go pro hero 6 camera for giving as a Christmas gift and the person that received it love it. I had when on different sight places reading on hero 5 and hero 6 of what both had to offer, I was liking what hero 6 had to offer then what hero 5 did, plus did read reviews on what people that already had them had to say bout them. Hero 6 just sounded like better camera that had touch screen as a plus thing.

you can take great underwater video with it, easy to use. but the little problem is the battery, short working time on 4K, and more hot than Hero 4.

I purchased this camera for two reasons. 1) It came with stabilized 4K video and 2) It's waterproof without an exterior plastic case. So far, the camera has been great. I've grown to really like the touch screen for adjusting camera settings. I must admit, the $100 price reduction motivated me to take a second look at this camera.

I love this camera for a beginner. Very easy to use, quality of pictures are awesome..

This review is only based on using it after a few weeks now....Great all around, and most impressed with the video quality & sound.... on point! The picture quality is great, and is definitely more versatile than other cameras, but the photo quality is still not as good as what i get from taking pictures with other cameras, or even the newer smart phone cameras. That being said, let me be clear..replacing my phone and professional camera is not why i purchased this GoPro! I also purchased the G5 gimbal, several underwater accessories and the seeker back pack by GoPro, along with a couple additional batteries and i love it all. The Back pack is slightly high priced, but i love it and it was very accommodating with space and extremely functional. The battery life could be a little better in my opinion, but for how many features come with the purchase of the new Hero6 all compacted into one sweet little camera, ...battery life is not THAT big of a disappointment. Plus, changing out the battery takes less than 30 seconds. My next purchase will be the Karma Drone to go with it! Overall, great camera.

One of the easiest cameras to use. Seems very durable. Wonderful picture quality.

I bought this camera for the video stabilizing. It's so much better then the hero 5 video stabilizing. Quality wise, it's really hard to tell the difference. I just use the camera outside my car or inside it. I don't really use 4k since you lose video stabilizing. I mainly use the 2.7k at 60fps with video stabilizing on. I think that is the best setting for what I use the camera for.
