great camera and price. easy to use. quality product

I really like how much better the picture is than Hero 6. It is cleaner with less grain and the audio is really good. The controls are straight forward and easy to use and the Silver product is not pricy as other models so really worth a shot.

We bought this to take fun home videos outside and in the pool. Was on sale so we went with this instead of the 8. Pros: Waterproof, great video underwater. USB C Charging Cable Pretty rugged. Cons: The touch screen is actuated when going underwater, suggest locking the screen and using the manual buttons. The GoPro Plus (4.99 a month extra if you choose) has a no questions asked warranty (which is good I suppose) and unlimited cloud storage. But the upload speed is so slow, you have limited options to get your videos. The app is okay for a quick edit or so. We found the best way was to have the camera auto upload to the cloud when plugged in and then go through the web interface. Aside from the slight workflow difficulty, this is a good camera.

Love it, perfect for our use. The only negative thing I can say is the battery life is short however this is a known complaint since gopro began with all their models. Other than that we love it and the gopro app makes things super easy for quick edits on the fly.

We purchased this at the last minute for a family trip. extremely easy to setup and configure. battery life is exceptional. amazing pictures and video. easy to upload and/or transfer to another device. Easy to use but takes a small amount of time to get familiar with how to access all the options.

I have had this gopro for a little while now, and I have to say that its ease of use is great. It has some pretty good features to it and I absolutely love that it is waterproof. If you buy one and are looking for good free editing software, might I suggest wondershare.

The quality is great! It is very simple to use no complaints here with this product. It comes with a simple case for it in case it drops and two stickers to be able to place them on a helmet etc. This is great for making videos of outdoor/ indoor activities.

Wanted a camera I could use when going to Disney/Universal Studios to take with me on the rides and do video. Talk about amazing, I am just so very happy with it. Am really looking forward to being able to use it in the water as soon as I get the protective case for it.

I was in need of a camera that would be able to capture my adventurous shenanigans, and the decision to get the GoPro 7 was one of the best! It’s size and manageability was just right. I cld capture still photos as well as videos. I’d recommend the GoPro 7 to amateurs and veterans alike!

Its great for taking short videos in 4K. Transferring everything to your computer or using it through your phone is a very big hassle. Charging the GoPro takes time and doesn't last very long charged. I would not recommend this one to anyone. If your looking for a GoPro, go with the Hero 7 Black.

So I started fishing and wanted to record videos and man this was the perfect product. It's waterproof and it has 4k picture quality. I recommend getting the insignia accessory kit with it. It has everything you need for making your own youTube videos.

C'Mon, it's a GoPro... What would expect from the Leader & Greatest Innovator in DigitalImaging?!?!? The Hero7 is awesome. Takes the most beautiful, HD Videos ya have ever seen. And can even do so, UnderFreakin'Water!!!!

Bought this prior to the pools opening for summer for the kids and friends to have a good time and record the good times. This product is top notch quality and silky easy to use with either our smart device or plug and play to the computer.

Very cool camera at a great deal (open box). The only thing I don’t like is the battery is not user replaceable but it takes great video and photos.

Well. What can i say. A go pro is a go pro. And even if this is just the silver version. I AM USING IT FOR MY MILITARY SIMULATION! AIRSOFT ETC. 4k is very clear especially on broad daylight!! Battery is built in by the way.

Not fully knowing how these worked, decided to give it a try for recent trip. The app helps a lot esp with the ability to view what you are recording so that you actually are capturing what you want. Easy to use. Only drawback is rather limited battery life.

Since this is an older model, it’s big-time on sale. The 4K video quality is amazing, and the camera can film through almost anything since it’s waterproof. The large touchscreen on the back makes an excellent viewfinder.

My Hero Silver was easy to set up and so far easy to use. Although had to download the manual from GoPro. Have been using the 1080 option and has worked very well. Would definitely recommend.

So far, so good. I have had to do a hard reset on it 3 times so far for freezing up. The upgrade to Black may be very worth it. The battery life is great so far. The accessories are a little confusing to find for the silver. (Wet suit/ under water lenses/ underwater dome) It seems as if the Black is the way to go for accessories. Also, the instruction manual needs to be downloaded and read. The battery is non-removable in this unit. Also, the lens is not replaceable as it is in the black series. But for a beginner this is pretty neat. It has good stabilization and good sound. The features are easy to change, very simple, and the voice commands are fantastic!

Bought this to take on a cruise. I've got great video of our snorkeling excursion and our zipline trip. I'm so glad we got this there memories wouldn't be as great if we were using anything else. Easy for beginners of Gopro cameras as well
