My kids love it on the slopes!!! Easy to use, light weight and compact. Found the price to be amazing too. A great buy.

I added GP 8 to GP 4, which is still going strong. Nice additional features, great video quality, wide angle is amazing. I use both of the cams in dual roles, action cams and dashcams. Enough said about action aspect. For in-car, some features are still lacking, e.g. auto-start, or motion detection. However, actual video quality, especially on the new 8 is probably unmatched by anything else out there. The mount can be used for either cam. I have doubts about longevity of the built in hinges, will try to be as careful as possible. For in-car power supply, the cam battery door has to be open, or removed altogether. As far as value pack is concerned, I find extra battery most useful, the other 2 pieces i don't really care about. So not much value in this pack for me.

Great quality. The 4k Go Pro was used in and under water multiple times. Very easy setup and extremely fun!

The Go Pro is small and easy to carry. Makes great video and live streaming. Quick and easy editing options.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. We had a previous version of a Go Pro and this one is worth the upgrade! Going into 2021 we made a goal to record more family memories. Super easy to set up the app to your phone to access photos and videos right away. Camera quality is great. Happy we got the bundle because the SD card and mini propped make it usable out of the box. She says, “it’s wonderful! Five stars.”

I've enjoyed my entry into the GoPro scene. While I'm not doing extreme sports or risking my life (yet), I've been able to enjoy using it for bike rides, truck rides and general walking around. I was looking forward to taking it with me to Europe, but along came coronavirus! It's ultra portable, high quality, with plenty of features and settings. Love it!

The camera has great video capabilities. Stabilization works like a charm, specially in Boost mode. However, in order to activate that feature, the FOV gets a little too narrow. Photos in bright daylight are good too, but not yet as good as a flagship phone from the top brands. Specially at night or dark places. The body feels robust, and is easy to pack. Tip, get a cup or cover for the front lens. Specially when you're carrying it.

I've used other GoPro's before but the fact that this one is already waterproof and the attachment nibs are on the camera and not on the hard shell is such a better design. The Hyper Smooth 2.0 is really amazing , I am able to get really stable footage even skateboarding and the waterproofing actually works. Try and grab this bundle on sale and it's so worth it just because of the extra battery and the selfie stick.

Very stable video. Perfect for those quick moments on the go. Built well, size is perfect to throw in your pocket and go. Good battery life. Able to learn operation relatively quick. Would suggest.

I use my camera to record my daughter's softball games and also during pitching lessons. The video quality is great even on the lower settings but I find the battery life to be disappointing. The bundle provides 2 batteries and I bought the charger that comes with an additional battery and that is about what saves me during a tournament that lasts all day. I can get a full game (av. 1hr 15min) on one recording but the battery is usually at 20-30% after recording. Again, great camera...sorry battery life!

Cool camera, easy to use, great video. I connect it to my helmet when I race and it's no problem. This bundle came with the accessories to make it possible to make POV videos straight out of the box. The only issue I have is the Gopro app requires a subscription to get all the "good" features, but it's fully functional and capable without it.

I wanted to use this for a bit before writing a review. This kit comes with the GoPro Hero8 black with head mount, shorty stick, extra battery, and a 32gig card. When I got the camera I immediately did a firmware update. The Hero8 is a great camera with great video stabilization and a cool timelapse mode. I took it hiking with me and captured great video and pictures with the shorty. I did not experience any overheating issues the reviews mentioned with the early releases. Voice control and touch screen work as they should. The app integration was fast and effective. I could pull a still picture from a video with no issues. I could rewind and forward the video easily on my phone. The shorty worked well and allowed me to capture different angles and shots. The bundle was a great deal during Christmas, however you might be able to find it less expensive now. Some of the cons I wanted to mention are what made me take a star off. The 32gb card is kind of useless. I bought a 128gb card immediately. I am a little disappointed with the new design. The front lens used to be interchangeable on 7 black but the 8 took that away. Now I see GoPro sells a screen and lens protector for the 8. I bought a screen and lens protector just in case. I wish the 8 was as durable as the prior model. In the end this is a solid camera and bundle.

The best thing is I don’t have to put a waterproof casing on it ! Dealing with all the casing requirements with my previous model was a paid and definitely messed with sound quality, this camera has attachment for mounting built in , waterproof , and a screen on the back built In, great for what I use it for on vacations, keep in mind I upgraded from a 3+ silver Which I attached the lcd screen too, so this was a world Of difference for me, great shots, smooth shots, pairs nicely with the phone app and the night lapse feature is fun, just hope to use it more, now too bad it doesn’t edit my videos for me, cause that’s my real problem lol

Easy to use. Battery life is not that good. I go through three batteries in one ride. Not sure but that sounds like a lot for only a three hour ride. Picture is clear. Picks up a lot of details and does not have an issue with bouncing around and quick movements. Has a jitter problem on playback, not sure why but it will hit a point in the play back where the picture skips a few times then starts moving again. It seems over all to be a good product. I would stay with buying Gopro accessories even if they are a little expensive they seem to be a little better quality and fit better.

Really easy to use, The interface with my Android phone work's really well. The whole voice command is really cool. GoPro take a picture and it does it. GoPro stop recording and it does it. How cool is that. Don't need to do anything special to edit with my Mac and Final Cut Pro. I chose this one over the other Action Camera even though the price was higher and I couldn't be happier.

Used to have the GoPro Hero 6 black and just updated to this one . GREAT upgrade but some things were taken away had to buy new extra battery’s and new casings since my old ones weren’t compatible but besides that really great camera, have used it to make countless action videos and just home videos.

Incredible value. The Hero8 does everything mere mortals could want. Yeah, the Hero9 has more features, but honestly, unless you are routinely recording skydiving sessions, the Hero8 will serve at least as well. This package comes with everything you need to get going and at a real value. 10/10 would buy again (but I probably won't need to).

overall pretty good gadget to have. Think Im going to be able to use it more in the summer time. The image quality indoors is pretty poor but outside its a great action camera for what I used it for just mostly quick talking videos outside. Very easy to always have if you are a YouTube in be outside shooting certain interaction videos. one problem is it doesn't pop up on my computer so thats really weak its a little of a hastle to be honest and I work off a mac so please fix that but other then that pretty cool and solid device.

Used it once while swimming with the protective housing. Videos were pretty impressive. Go pro was easy to set up and use. The camera was extremely easy to pair with app. Happy that I can use some of my old accessories. So far, much better experience than my go pro session which always gave me problems syncing to the app.
