Works good just battery doesn't last long gotta get more then one battery and it gets very very hot when using it to be careful.

Great camera & app! Easy to use and very effective for lots of applications! Sound quality is outstanding for an action camera. We use this primarily for our band for promotional videos. What I like most about the GoPro 360 over other action / video cameras, is that you cannot not take a bad video! You are shooting 360 degrees all the time so you can work things out in editing. The editing gives you complete control after the fact so it's easy to take video, then edit at your leisure. It's also very cool that the app is for your phone make it so easy to work with!!

its my first 360 camera, i like that you can do 360 video/photo and do a panorama pic without a problem compare to a panorama pic from the cellphone. the only thing that this will be a great camera is if have a lens protector, it has lens protector but it affects the video, if youre on vlogging or just casual stroll and wanna capture the moments this is a great camera,but if you use it for adventures like mountain biking,skiing and other action adventure there a big chance that youll damage the lens if accident happens so it really depends where you will use it

I purchased this after purchasing the Insta360 Twin pack a week earlier. I had watched videos and read reviews and it was hard to get a clear understand of which was better. So I decided to just purchase both and return the one I liked less. I already had a Hero 7 black but I wanted a way to have horizon leveled time lapses of my motorcycle rides. In addition to the twin pack I also purchased the 1 inch sensor for the Insta360, I then ran them side by side on an off the bike. I really wanted to like the insta360 mods, I loved the idea of editing everything after the fact VS in camera. All that said when it comes down to it, I hated screwing with the modular camera. Trying to take it apart and in and out of the case sucked. With the max the feet are baked in no case and its great. In terms of footage quality I found the Gopro Max to be better in pretty much all instances, color, detail, low light, stabilization all were noticeably better on the GoPro. The insta360 has a better mobile app if you want to do all the fun little 360 edits and like using a mobile app and the desktop app is capable ***Please note as of Sept Windows finally got the Gopro Player but its only available through the Windows store... for some reason Gopro is not offering the app on their Website but instead offer Gopro exporter which does not allow you to key frame and reframe your 360 videos. ***PS... you can export videos from Gopro Player in 360 and import in Insta360 studio once there you can use the apps ability to speed up and slow down footage if you shoot the Max in normal mode. Pros Better Build quality Vs One R Better Video Quality Vs One R Better Stitching Vs One R 360 can be reframed and upscaled to 4k in Gopro player vs only 1080P on the insta360 app. Cons Gopro Apps have a little bit less in features Especially the Mobile app when compared to Insta360 but I find them to be powerful enough to get basic videos. That said if you are looking to just make short clips with the insta360 shot lab and load to social media that may be a better road for you.

PRO Easy to use Voice controlled start/stop recording GoPro Quik app Output quality is very high Good number of quality 3rd party accessories available CON Battery life is short Instructions - connect to WiFi for the app means the gopro’s internal WiFi but I had to do an internet search to figure that out and where to find the device password Files are big. You’re phone will fill up quickly

After using the fusion, i decided to upgrade to the MAX. Some HUGE upgrades to note.... 1. Stitching has improved. It was pretty decent on the Fusion for starters, but i noticed its even better on the Max. A lot less obvious. 2. LCD screen to see your settings AND to navigate your settings with touch screen capability much like the hero's. 3. Its a bit smaller and lighter then the Fusion which was a big playing card for me. I used the fusion to mount on my helmet while snowboarding, and it was big and heavy and always put top weight on my helmet making it annoying. The MAX being lighter does not pose nearly as big a problem. Overall.... i love this thing!! Well worth the upgrade (for what i am using it for).

if there is one thing I would change on this camera would be the external source of power, you need to unlatch the battery hatch and plug it in that way, Battery life is average, but if you have the 128GB chip, there is not enough power to use for 5+ hours. but the video and such is AWESOME, I have been on some rough country roads, and at times no roads, and the video is smooth. I love the video. Great Camera.

The camera is good, the 360 video option is amazing. The photo quality could be better but understandable because this is a 360 camera. The audio is great and helps a lot to have 3 microphones. The only down side is the battery life. It won't last very long so you have to buy away last 2 more batteries. Other than that I think is a ptretty good action camera. If you don't mind buying extra batteries, you should get it!

Fusion was a good idea but processing took way too long, needed 2x memory cards etc.... traded up from the fusion due to ease of usage. Use on my motorcycle to get all angles and produce awesome videos directly from iPhone !!!! Love the max to the max !!!

Bought this for my husband, since he’s had the GoPro 3 or 4 maybe lol. He uses this for EVERYTHING! He skydives and records video using the GoPro max and he loves it. Amazing video, great sound, amazing battery life, everything you can ask for in a camera. 360 video is also pretty cool! Don’t think there are any cons except for a little pricey hahaha

For a novice like me it's a great one camera do it all camera. I've only had it a few days, but have been playing with it a lot. Image is great, 360 is slick, and editing is pretty easy. You will need a newer phone to view/edit though. Instead of multiple cameras (for reference, I have 2 other Gopros) all you really need is this one.

Haven't really had to use this too much yet but just playing around with it and using the editor a little on my android device, it is easy to use and work with. I recommend a 2nd battery and the external charger, as it does seem to drain the battery quickly. Other accessories such as the 3-way tripod mount are also essential to have.

Still getting used to using the 360 degree mode but overall the camera has been easy to use. Had heard negative comment ls about previous generation of 360 cameras but this one is proving the comments wrong. Video quality is great and havent experienced the camera locking up like I have had with other go pros. So far so good

The camera is very easy to use, just be aware it not comes with a memory card and you will need one to use it, I recommend a 200gb since you can record in 4K, also a spare battery would be recommended so you don't stop using it, set up its easy.

Video quality from this tiny camera is absolutely unbelievable. You can choose video quality from 1080p resolution all the way to 6K resolution. Connection between camera and phone or tablet devices are effortless. The downside to all this high quality video is that this camera is almost twice the size of regular Gopro cameras such as Gopro 8/9. With higher video resolution means a high capacity memory card is a must, especially with 360 video mode. Highly recommend a 128GB or higher. You can use 32GB or 64GB cards but you’ll find out that you’ll run out of memory pretty quick. If you want the best quality video with effortless user experience from an action camera, Gopro is it. Don’t waste your money on anything else because you’ll only mad at yourself with frustration of setting up and waste your hard earned money in the process.

Love this camera! The double lenses and 360 view gives you a very cool an unique perspective. Another plus, is when a lenses gets scratched you always have the other to use as back up.

We haven't used this camera very much yet. The 360 is cool! You can speed things up but there doesn't seem to be a way to slow them down. You do have to install an app on your phone. Also, not sure if it's waterproof?

A unique new way to record action filled activities. Brought this out snowboarding and the setup is a breeze. Ive used gopro cameras for many years now and I'm glad this works so much better than the Fusion.

This nifty action camera is more powerful and fun than other action cameras. And they get packed with even more features because if you need to have regular hero 8 or 9 with a button click this camera does just that, oh and by the way hero mode camera in the front or the back. An improved feature is HyperSmooth video stabilization system. It is more powerful than prior attempts from GoPro. Smooth down footage that would otherwise present some bumpiness in earlier models. Great for the mountain bikers! I like doing my research finding it in stock at my local Best Buy store clicking to purchase and picking it up in less than an hour. Great service Best Buy. Woo Hoo!
