If you are smart you will use a protective case instead of exposing your expensive GoPro to the elements. I would much rather replace the case than the whole camera. This case keeps rocks, dirt, mud and water from damaging your lens and the viewer on the back of the GoPro camera.

Purchased this unit to use while SCUBA diving to protect the HERO8 while underwater at depth. I've been using it for about 1 year now and it hasn't let me down and kept the GoPro camera dry and secure.

Very save cover, but you cannot connect external devices, such as microphones to the camera when using cover.

This works perfect keeping the go pro 8 nice and dry. Used multiple times in key west and never had an issue. Just remember to rinse with clean water once your done with it so the salt doesn’t ruin it.

It works. It's reliable. It does the job. It's too bad the Hero 8 this enclosure pairs itself with breaks every time someone sneezes, but this enclosure is excellent.

Hard case the best out there… if u want you GoPro to stay like new this is the case…

The super suit for the new GoPro hero 8 black is hands down the best super suit thus far. With older versions, it feels like the case would diminish video and audio quality but with this one, it almost seems like it enhanced both! Highly recommend it.

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet but looks well made. I like the option of having a skeleton back to swap in/out to access the touch screen without taking the back off. Hope it holds up well in the upcoming race season.

I got this for my Hero 8 GoPro. I just wanted some extra protection for it, since I broke my last camera. I took a trip to the Galapagos & Belize and got some amazing pictures from scuba and snorkeling.

Was super satisfied. Used it when we were scuba diving and it worked great.

Good housing if you’re doing any extended dirty or wet adventures. Though the Hero8 has mounts built into it, I pretty to go with the extra step of protection. Keeps your GoPro nice and clean in the long run.

Great protection for my GoPro! This case is great for protecting the GoPro incase you drop it or are on an adventure!

It feels solid, though so far, I haven't dropped the camera inside of the case and I don't want to test run it because I don't have a Youtube channel. However, it does feel like it should really help. The camera itself feels pretty solid to start with so that's good. It's clear so it's easy to use and doesn't effect the use of the camera.

This case is an improvement over the Hero 7 case. This case actually fits the whole Hero 8 go pro without having to remove the front lens. I am glad they went this route.
