You can really feel it after using this. I’d like to have maybe a rubber coating, but that be a minor thing.

After a week or so with this product I have tested and sweat from every pore on my body. First off, when I got the product setup was painless (unlike my workout). Admittedly, the resistance bands I was so fearful of snapping but they are high quality. The product guide suggests to not extend the band more than 2.5x its untensioned length. I think the smaller bands are no big deal but when you get to the 80's that is where I get more nervous stretching the band. The guide also says like with any tension based product wear on the band will eventually cause it to fail. If you observer any cracks tears holes, do not use. I dread the day one of those bands snap, but i'll just keep a close inspection eye on each. Aside from the physical hazards, the workout is just like using actual weights, my muscles were being tasked and after doing all the workouts I felt great, and didn't have to hobble out to my car drive home, have cramps, etc. I could hop right in the shower and massage out the muscles and continue with my day. This product is high quality and if you are someone who is open to trying something new from home with a lower price tag while still 'Feeling the Burn' - choose this product.

Portable and Solid Build

The Gorilla Bow is practical and easy to get accustomed to. I was able to work out all my main muscle groups and the online workout videos help in showing how to do certain workouts with the bow. The tension cables that come with the bow are a good range and you can attach two at a time for greater tension. I specifically like that the bow can come apart and stored easily. I keep it in my living room and workout while watching TV which is a really big convenience. I have even used it while laying on my bed. Now that I know how to do all the workouts with the bow I am able to set up a routine that I can stick to and work out the muscle groups that I feel I need improvement in. The build quality is rugged in the bow itself as it is metal and the tension cables feel like they'd make you snap before they snap so they will last a long time before replacement. This bow is something anyone can get accustomed to and with just one piece of equipment you can do all your workouts.

So far doesn’t feel like a true workout but if you can’t get to a gym this seems to do the trick. 3 stars for price.

There wasn’t anything wrong with the product. After trying it, I just didn’t find it to be an effective tool for strength training. Squats and dead lifts were my main goal. I bought the heavy duty bands accessory. I was able to do front squats but it was never satisfying. I finally gave up on it and bought a squat rack. Much happier now!

Ok, I admit, I am relatively lazy when it comes to exercising and staying in shape. I have a gym membership that doesn't get used enough, and sometimes my biggest work out of the day is taking the stairs... at my house.
I love equipment that allows me to be a homebound workout king, and the Gorilla Bow does just that. It comes in three pieces which snap together with ease (no directions needed for this one) and five elastic bands that can be connected to the ends of the bow for varying tensions. My kit came with 10 lb, 20 lb, 50 lb, and 80 lb bands. You can combine as many as 4 at a time on the bow, giving you all sorts of options for curls, bench presses, squats, tricep, and shoulder exercises.
The simplicity of this setup is truly what is beautiful about it. String some bands on, place the bands centered under your feet, hold the bow part in your hands and do some standard curls. Or, set the bands up so they are touching your back and the bow is in front of you and do some bench presses. If you want, go to the website and Gorilla Bow will show you some additional exercises to do. Watching some football at home and feel like doing some curls? No problem. It only takes two minutes to string the Bow and get to work.
Time will tell how long the bands hold their resistance factor, and like any tension-type equipment, there is a span at the beginning of the moving process where there is not as much strain as at the end.
Highly recommend for those looking for a quick, effective workout that doesn't require you to leave your home or buy a bunch of heavy equipment.

I wanted to take a couple of days to use the bow before writing my review.
The package comes with the following equipment;
`the bow - 3 separate pieces that combine for a sturdy unit
`6 bands - resistance ranges are from 10 - 90 lbs
`placard -which gives brief instructions and QR scan for add'l info
`handlebar wrap
`band wrap
`band carry bag
First, this is marketed as a travel bow, but due to the weight which I'm guessing is about 5 lbs, it would be a heavy addition to your carryon. There are three sections as I said earlier 1 straight and 2 slightly curved each aprx. 1.5' long giving an overall length of just over 4' (rough guess).
Putting them together is a snap as they do literally snap together, and although I'm not sure of the metal, I'm sure it's not aluminum as it is very sturdy.
The bow will hold just one or multiple bands at a time, depending on your required resistance. They are held in place by 'talons' on each end and are very secure.
The workouts are great, you can find them on youtube or the Gorilla website. As with any resistance you go at the pace comfortable to your needs, strength, toning or muscle building. You should also always inspect the bands for wear/tear.
I really have been enjoying (and looking forward) to my daily workouts, because of its flexibility I haven't reached a body burnout
since I do core, upper and lower body on different days.
This small piece of equipment is a bonus to my other workout machines and will certainly get my body back to where I want it to be.

This review is towards Best Buy, not the product. Best Buy shipped new a used product, missing key equipment, the product was scuffed, and packaging close to destroyed. I didn’t want to pay full price on used workout equipment, especially during a pandemic.

Overall this item works as intended. Adding the bands is fairly easy and the amount of resistance you want to add is varied.
Comes with the bow, and 10 toys bands of resistance ranging from 5lbs-90lbs.
There’s 8 total workouts you can do on this, I wish there was more. I’m active duty military so I’m in good shape so this doesn’t do much for me but my wife swears by it. It’s perfect for her body type and she really enjoys the workouts.

Lightweight, Easy to Store, Wide Range of Exercise

I like the Gorilla Bow. I have a weight set, but I don’t use it very often because I don’t have room in my house to leave the weights out and it’s inconvenient to have to get them out and put them away every time I want to exercise. The Gorilla Bow is compact and lightweight. It stores easily under the bed, in a closet, or even behind a door, so it’s easy to grab whenever you are ready to exercise. It comes with multiple resistance bands that are easy to put on and take off. There are many bands to choose from, but unfortunately, it’s not very intuitive for a beginner which size band or combination of bands will work best, you do need to experiment. There are videos demonstrating different exercises on the Gorilla website and also on YouTube. I do wish that the videos were more beginner friendly though. Overall, the Gorilla Bow is a lightweight and easy to store alternative to free weights.
