Overall, a good sturdy bike. Battery life seems to last several rides for me. But if you have problems, don't count on the support team at GoTrax. Having an issue with the rear calipers and after 6 emails, still no answer. They insist on a Video response (even though I have given a VERY details description of the problem and sent pictures). No one answers their 1-800 support number. So as long as you don't need support after purchase, you'll be ok. My rating factors in the poor technical support.

I ordered my daughter this e-bike in early December as her “big” Christmas gift. She was very much looking forward to receiving the bike. Unfortunately, when we opened the box on Christmas morning- it was the incorrect bike- a different color and cheaper model that what we had purchased. We called your “call centers” MULTIPLE times to get the correct bike shipped to us and this bike picked up by your company. We have been tossed back and forth from shipping to home theater install to no avail. We’ve been told MANY times that we would receive an email with pick up scheduling, and the “team” would be picking up the incorrect bike. This has NOT happened. We last called on Tuesday the 2nd and were told that we would definitely receive an email within 48 hours and NOTHING came. This huge box with the incorrect bike continues to sit at our front door in the middle of the living room- a reminder to our daughter that she did not receive her big Christmas gift that she wished for from Santa. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Best Buy.

Havent officially ridden it yet because its winter in MN, but tested the throttle in my living room. Quite peppy. Nice design and quality of components. The LCD display is well lit. To get a 500 watt, 28 mph, 50ish mile range, torque sensor e bike with front suspension at this price is a pretty good deal. Also it's confusing because the Best buy and go tracks websites say that this bike is a 7-speed, 20 mph with a 2 amp charger. It's actually an 8-speed, 28 mph ebike with a 3 amp charger so they need to update their specs. Love this bike though

This bike is amazing. The torque sensing is smooth the bike handles excellent I own two other e-bikes, which are at least twice as much and I don’t use those anymore. Best bang for your buck.I bought 4

This bike is an amazing gift to yourself. Feels like I never ride a bike. It’s so powerful. The battery life lasts well enough. I am not using it everyday but I’ve riden it for hours and charged only once. The quality is so good. It’s heavier than regular bikes which makes it sturdy. It’s the best bike I’ve ever used.

This ebike is incredible. I've used it on every steep hill in San Francisco and its unstoppable. Love that it has the options of the 7 bike gears, 5 settings for the electric motor, plus the throttle for extra power. It's a really smooth and fun ride, I'm really glad I got this one.
