Rock solid scooter very powerful definitely not for a beginner rider weight is a consideration for tight maneuvering it’s very heavy but very stable when riding in open spaces plenty fast and acceleration is excellent would recommend

The scooter has a solid build. Its range is yet to be determined. I would like to see it linked to an application, and the instructions could be a little more developed. I had to Google the master password. Overall, though, it seems to be a well-built scooter. Note that it is a heavy item, so carrying this up to the office is not an option if you're looking for that type of scooter.

So let me start off with saying that this scooter is one Almighty beast! This thing has torque and the speed to match the size and weight, the only downside is I believe the brakes are not adequately equipped for this heavy of a scooter plus it would be nice to have regenerative breaking. I’m not even going to lie I have already been hit on this and let me tell you it took it like nothing and I was back up on the scooter 10 seconds later when the other scooter I had was completely done after a small crash. If you’re looking for something that has speed and torque and can carry that additional weight, this is definitely your go to!

Bought as I Christmas present for our son. He had a single motor scooter that would overheat ridding in our hilly neighborhood. This dual motor scooter rides in the hills like the single motor one rode on flat land.

I got this gotrax scooter with high hopes of it being a good all around scooter for my own personal use. I can say I was not let down, I'm very pleased with my pick so far. This gotrax electric scooter is pretty large, definitely not made for a kid. Trust me my 2 boys were let down when they were informed this toy is dads for now. The top speed of 30mph is pretty quick for me when cruising around the neighborhood or town. The dual front and rear disc breaks are more than necessary with this dual 600w motor powered scooter. I find the headlights and functional taillight necessary as well as the blue accent lighting below the the deck and the front handle bar stalk. The battery takes around 5 hour for a full charge. Im 6'1" and 170 lbs and have yetti get the battery to last the quoted 25 miles. But I like to use it in sport mode with both motors. The dual functioning front and rear suspension is very helpful at making this speedy scooter more bearable on my body. I couldn't imagine a scooter this fast without the suspension. Find myself riding this about a hour every other day, it is a lot of fun cruising around on. I do definitely recommend this scooter to anyone willing to spend this amount of money on one with dual motors.

For the price, this is a great scooter. Great acceleration, battery life and ride quality. It would be nice if the brake and headlights were a bit brighter, but a easy amazon upgrade.

Great scooter fast dash board has lots of info like the different speed modes over all made well but heavy compared to some we have used . my son loves it

Nothing competes against a gx1 at this price point, the dual 600w motors have awesome hill climbing power. Full hydraulic suspension absorbs road bumps with ease. Scooter is solid with zero rattles, the brakes stop on a dime the only issue is the brake pads are noisy but you can upgrade them for around $20. I have not verified but supposedly it has name brand battery cells. The adverised speed is accurate but the range is not atleast not the way i ride it lol.

The build quality is stellar, and it looks it. My main drawback is the on screen menu. It’s not very clear in the instructions what each mode is capable of. You also need to be careful of cruise control, it just seems to turn on and you need to be aware of it. Overall I like the scooter.

Brakes Wear out eventually and after a couple uses in the rain it messes with the system and keeps lights on when the scooter is off, speed is good and for the most part the scooter works really well, just needs better water protection and better brakes

This may seem like a risk price wise but Its worth every penny. 100+ miles so far this month and many many more to go.

I have to tell you that I did not expect what I received from Best Buy when I ordered the GoTrax Raptor. I have another scooter that was ok for fun little trips around the neighborhood and such, and I thought this was just a bit faster and with a longer range. I could not have been more wrong. This thing is an absolute beast! I genuinely feel like if I were to run into a car on this thing that I will probably be dead, but the Raptor will have probably punched through the car and kept going out the other side! I wanted a new scooter because while my other one is nice and well built, I was never able to get it to go its top rated speed of 18 mph, nor did I get the range I really wanted. Also, it struggled up even slight hills and would almost go airborne when hitting a bump. I looked for a scooter that was more substantial and the GoTrax Raptor delivers in spades. I'm going to highlight some of the main things I like about the Raptor and just a couple of issues that I have/had but were nothing deal breaking.

Likes- Fast and long lasting battery. Hate- Really heavy. Charger sometimes doesnt charge the scooter

Loving my Raptor. A lot heavier than the GX Commuter, but its really fast and beefy. Note, it does not fit in small or medium size sedan trunk.

Its a good scooter powerful has good range its good going up hill and good build quailty

Great scooter, quick, responsive and built solid. Cons are shocks are noisy and brakes are squeaky out of the box, definitely need to invest in silicone spray and brake cleaner.

I bought to drive to my classes and it work perfectly for this situation. I has great brakes to dodge other students and has enough speed for if you need to hop on the street. Im very satisfied.
