    I received the scooter June 19 love it but.. i had to return it because the part will where are you folded at got loose so I returned it and I want another one but for the three days I had it I actually like it I’m getting one tomorrow Wednesday, 26 June so let’s see if you see me on this again i hope not lol I really can’t give it no stars yet

    Piece of junk. Had fun for two days. Third day, the front motor would not engage. Struggled to get to 10 mph. I contacted gotrax customer support, they clearly didn’t read my emails as they kept suggesting things that didn’t apply to my problem, and just told me to return the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GOTRAX. They are a poop company with worse customer service. Go with segway, or any other reputable company.

    I absolutely loved this scooter in the beginning. I purchased it on July 4, 2024, since then I rode it everywhere; to work, even church, and I’ve been saving some serious money on gas. It’s built like a tank and it’s fast. However seems all good things come to an end; less than two months later it’s making a really bad grinding noise that sounds like tires rotating rapidly as I ride, and it no longer goes over 22 mph in sports mode when it initially went 30 mph. This thing is too expensive to be breaking down in less than two months, and I purchased specifically because of the high reviews and specs. I ride on flat street surfaces, haven’t even taken it out on rugged terrain which it’s supposed to also accommodate. SIGH, this is a real bummer. Now I have to go through the headache of getting it to the manufacturer for repairs. :-(

    I bought 2 of these and they didn’t even last 6 months. Getting customer service to help is a nightmare.

    I really like the scooter it has plenty of power to cruse right up steep hills,it really comfortsble abd enjoyable to ride the only thing i wish us that it went 40mph but it does go 30mph
