The only problem is that the bike starts without the key and the key is in a place where I cannot see it so it fell once and I didn’t know where. Everything else about the bike seems good for the price and it would have been nicer if it was lighter but it’s worth the money .

While it states a 25 mile range, my son was able to keep up with me the entire length of our 42+ mile ride. The key is to pedal! :) conserve battery on downhills and use the battery power for a little extra help you might need to get up that hill.

My grown up kids like to ride it too and my grandchildren. Very comfortable. Gets me where I need to go. I love the style and colors. I am not very tall and I like bikes where I can stand up on the ground without having to work hard at it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First bike lasted me 3 months before the electronics started malfunctioning- gotrax customer service sent me a new part to fix the error (the error on the screen said it was the throttle). The new part did not fix it. Then I had to mail it to gotrax at MY EXPENSE to get it evaluated. They ended up sending me a new one. The new one lasted 2 weeks before the motor started activating with no one on the bike- SUPER DANGEROUS. Gotrax said they could do nothing for me when I contacted them regarding the faulty replacement they sent me.

Haven’t rode it yet, it was a bit difficult turning it on. But once I figured it out after watching a YouTube video. It was a breeze. Quick charging as well.

Recommend
