I got this ebike on sale and the bike does what it says. Its alote of fun to ride and i added a bike seat to take my kids on and we go all over the place. I would def buy and recommend this ebike. Its not the fastest but i didnt need that. But does go all over and the battery is really good. By the way the nuts that hold the front tire on are not black lime in the book or even look like nuts from bikes. They look like silver bullets. And one of them are in the black round plastic thats comes on the front tire. You have to take it out. So just leave it on the front wheel and pull the plastic off and theres one front bullet nut. This bike is easy to move around and easy to take care off. Def buy the warranty just to cover yourself while riding it.

Good and quick assembly right out the box. All the tools come included so you can start riding soon after opening it. Good ride and tested the battery and it got 20 or so miles on one charge. Takes about 3 hours to charge on empty. Assist still helps boost you even with no battery life left.

I got this on sale for my entry into the e-bike world. Assembly was mostly simple, but indidnhave to file down the frame a bit to seat the front wheel in as it appears a manufacturing error cause the fork to be bent inwards and prevent the wheels axle from being seated. Beyond that, the rest was really simple. Once assembled, it took about two recharges for the battery to deliver a 20 mile peddle assisted range. I primarily use this bike at night, so the included headlight and break light are handy. Speaking of breaks, they are pretty simple and quite loud, but they get the job done. There is no shock absorbtion so riding off the road can be troublesome but not impossible. Storage is nice since you can fold the bike in half as well as folding down the handle. If i take this in my vehicle, it will definitely fit, even in my sedan. Controls are very simple. You get 6 levels of peddle assist and a handlebar throttle to just give manual power to the motor. The display is easy to read and gives you a speed readout. Spare batteries seem to only be available from the vendor and are always out of stock. I'm a bit concerned they will discontinue this bike before they decide to make more.

The Gotrax Z4 Lite is one of those rare purchases that makes you feel like a genius the second you open the box. Setup was so easy I started to wonder if I had skipped steps—but no, it really is that simple. A couple of clicks, a quick tighten here and there, and boom: road-ready. The ride? Smooth and intuitive. The pedal assist is like having a friend who gives you a gentle push exactly when you need it, without ever being annoying about it. I went from casual cruise to uphill hero with basically zero learning curve. Charging is just as straightforward—plug it in, wait a bit, and you’re good to go. Honestly, it almost makes me feel spoiled at how little effort it takes to keep it rolling. Now, the really awesome part. I decided to take my Z4 Lite on vacation to Yosemite, because why not bring something fun and efficient to explore with? Well, turns out it was so desirable that someone “adopted” it right off the back of my car—15 feet from the hotel lobby, with a camera practically starring in the crime. I guess when you make a bike this easy to ride, even the thieves can’t resist. Five stars for Gotrax… zero stars for the hotel’s security system.

Easy enough to put together, and charged pretty quickly the first time. Haven't had much of a chance to use it yet, but can attest it does reach the stated 20 mph speed. Seems sturdily enough built, but double-check the front wheel nuts

The bike folds nicely and fits into the trunk of our RV nicely! I have also used the bike as a way to drop a car off at the shop and zip home. When the work on the car was done I zipped back to the shop on the bike, folded it into the back of the car for the drive home. Assembly was fairly straightforward just using the pictures as the english on the instructions was a bit broken.

Bought this bike to commute to and from work. Has great battery life, and does well going up hills. It’s exactly as advertised. Only downside is no suspension so it’s a little rough over bumps, but unbeatable for the price point.

I have to admit for the value of the Go Trax bike is not bad. What you see as a value, has it flaws. The brakes are mushy as they don’t brake instantly. Bike makes noise as the rim hits wheels going into circles. When it comes to customer service. Where do I start. Called customer service for a nut and bolt that was not shipped in the box. Asked the rep for the size of the bolt that holds the led display to the handle bar. I told the rep that I would go to the hardware store and pick up the bolt if she would give me the size and length. She told me they don’t have any of that information. The box said don’t return at store and call customer service instead. Great, customer service has no info on bolt to enjoy the bike. That’s customer service value.
