Great bike, larger than expected. Smooth and nice speeds.

Wow what a great E Bike!! Charges fast, super powerful and fast!! My 18 year old loves it! Goes on and off the pavement and flies over the grassy yard as well. Very well made and super easy to put the pieces together. Really happy with my purchase for Christmas present.

My Daughter loves this e bike. I only gave 5 stars because the starter is place under the bike. Otherwise it is a freat bike.

The bike is so much fun. Easy to ride and great for different heights. The setup was a bit confusing for the wheel install because of over simplified instructions. All the screws and hardware to install were included in the box and

I thought it would be small and im 6 1 and i sit comfortably on it and it goes pretty quick good for commuting to place in town

The bike folds nicely and fits into the trunk of our RV nicely! I have also used the bike as a way to drop a car off at the shop and zip home. When the work on the car was done I zipped back to the shop on the bike, folded it into the back of the car for the drive home. Assembly was fairly straightforward just using the pictures as the english on the instructions was a bit broken.

Absolutely love the product, however, good luck getting a hold of the manufacturer if you have any issues.

The bike itself is good. My 14 yr old son is loving it. I would say it’s a great starter e-bike for someone who is lighter and not traveling far. When putting it together there were quite a few nuts/bolts missing from the box, nothing we weren’t able to pick up at a big box tool store, but still a hassle. If it weren’t for that then I’d give it 5 stars.

Great battery life especially paved flat trail. Gret grip in gravel. Level obe on oedal assist is amazing. Very snappy.

I have to admit for the value of the Go Trax bike is not bad. What you see as a value, has it flaws. The brakes are mushy as they don’t brake instantly. Bike makes noise as the rim hits wheels going into circles. When it comes to customer service. Where do I start. Called customer service for a nut and bolt that was not shipped in the box. Asked the rep for the size of the bolt that holds the led display to the handle bar. I told the rep that I would go to the hardware store and pick up the bolt if she would give me the size and length. She told me they don’t have any of that information. The box said don’t return at store and call customer service instead. Great, customer service has no info on bolt to enjoy the bike. That’s customer service value.

Nice ride, takes my granddaughter all over the community. She said it’s an excellent ride, she’s looking forward to the next ride.

The brakes are a bit off but overall a great bike.

Bought this bike to commute to and from work. Has great battery life, and does well going up hills. It’s exactly as advertised. Only downside is no suspension so it’s a little rough over bumps, but unbeatable for the price point.

Love this bike. Bought for our son. Very light, But very durable

Drives and charges well. Bought a universal seat for the back and it great. The back tire popped and it was difficult to remove and impossible to put it back without shaving down the insider of the bracket. The bolt is too snug to slide back into the slit.

Very grateful for this purchase. It helped me travel 15 miles each way back and forth to work so it was a blessing at the time I truly needed it . Fast, reliable, and comfortable when you had extra cushion .Thank you
