Great bike and a great value. Bought on sale for $649. Bike has good power and range for the price. Good quality. No issues so far.

It has a very good top speed and very good range it rides very good with big air tires

Is a dependable bike but the back tire and brake pads did not last it has not been 1 year yet gotta change the brakes and tire and tire tube

The first bike had motor problem about 10 days after I purchased it. Padded 4 miles without motor wasn’t a good experience. I got a replacement. Hopefully, the second won’t cause any problems.

Buyer beware do not buy this bike for its folding features and also do not buy this bike because if you have any issues it cannot be returned at Best Buy and the manufacturer will give you the end run around right about this bike because it doesnt work right. I need a bike that can fold to take with me on the bus and on the train here in Dallas however after purchasing the bicycle I discovered that it takes an incredible amount of force to fold it. I am a 6 ft tall male who is 35 years old and who goes out to the gym regularly and I struggled to fold it in half, it takes way too much effort and for somebody who may not be quite as fit it will probably be almost impossible. When I contacted the manufacturer they told me that that was not their bike even though I went to their website that sells the same bike then they told me that my receipt was not valid from Best Buy and that since I bought it from Best Buy I need to contact Best Buy for support however Best Buy says that all support has to go through the manufacturer. I took that documentation back to the manufacturer and they said that actually they don't sell that bike at all and they never have and so I am out of luck and it's just no response to the issue from them please do not buy and stay away from this bike

This is an amazing bike for the value along with the quality of the bike. We purchased this bike through our ministry for a homeless person to be able to get to and from work. He stated that this bike has been a blessing to him.

I love the product. The only problem is that the bike starts without the key and the key is in a place where I cannot see it so it fell once and I didn’t know where. Everything else about the bike seems good for the price and it would have been nicer if it was lighter but it’s worth the money .

Good bike ,not too heavy easy to ride and store. Only downside that using the and motor drains fast the battery.

For the money, this is a great entry level electric bike. While it states a 25 mile range, my son was able to keep up with me the entire length of our 42+ mile ride. The key is to pedal! :) conserve battery on downhills and use the battery power for a little extra help you might need to get up that hill.

Love it. Works like a charm. Everything I expected in an e-bike. My grown up kids like to ride it too and my grandchildren. Very comfortable. Gets me where I need to go. I love the style and colors. I am not very tall and I like bikes where I can stand up on the ground without having to work hard at it.

Waiting on Manufacturer to send someone to check board as you try to turn on flickers on to off same time. Looks like nice Christmas for my Mother to enjoy once repair happens.

Love the fact the bike can be folded. And it was super easy to put together.

My daughter loves this bike. She is 9 and is able to grow into it for years.
