I have to admit for the value of the Go Trax bike is not bad. What you see as a value, has it flaws. The brakes are mushy as they don’t brake instantly. Bike makes noise as the rim hits wheels going into circles. When it comes to customer service. Where do I start. Called customer service for a nut and bolt that was not shipped in the box. Asked the rep for the size of the bolt that holds the led display to the handle bar. I told the rep that I would go to the hardware store and pick up the bolt if she would give me the size and length. She told me they don’t have any of that information. The box said don’t return at store and call customer service instead. Great, customer service has no info on bolt to enjoy the bike. That’s customer service value.

Very good. Easily accelerates on steep areas like hills. Only problem is the battery indicator glitches and shows wrong battery percent but turning it off and on fixed it

This bike was ordered from Best Buy after Go Trax dropped the ball on being able to process holiday orders. So far this bike has been great for my kid. He is 12 and has had no issues. He enjoys the way the bike handles and the safety features.

I love this bike. It’s a comfortable ride and the battery last a long time on a full charge.

This one right here aint no joke. Just make sure you get the insurances, them tires dont fall off

Was easy to assemble and really like the bike so far. The folding feature is awesome for space conservation to store on my deck. I would definitely recommend this to a friend as great value and product.

I've used it a couple of times and so far I've enjoyed my experience, if course the lack of suspension makes it a little difficult to travel in certain terrains but over all it's a good starter e-bike

I wanted to love this bike but for it being one of "lightest" e-bikes on the market, it was still too heavy for me to carry up and down the stairs for city commuting. Besides, the weight, it is a very comfortable ride. I will definitely keep an eye out for newer and hopefully lighter weight models.

If you enjoy riding your bike with the family, this one is for you. The assemble requires a little bit of patience. It is heavy, so make sure there is an elevator at the work place.

It has a very good top speed and very good range it rides very good with big air tires
