    Bike is very nice but the computer locked my son out. Now the company wants him to buy a new one for 30$. He put in a pin code but the computer doesn't recognize it and the default doesn't work. The company should just replace it but they just told him he had to buy a new one

    The e bike was easy to assemble and my grandson has enjoyed riding it. The front tire went flat after two days and upon inspection is very thin and cheap .

    My grandson is enjoying the bike. The bike is built well, easy to use and he is able to get back and forth to football practice. We are very happy with the structure and quality of the bike.

    Worst purchase, bought one online, arrived a few days later, opened and assembled and found a few missing parts like a rear reflector and some mountings screws. Charged the battery and went to see how it road, rear wheel would not turn at all, under pedal or battery power. Was told by best buy customer service, since I still have original packaging and it was less than 15 days, return to store. Went to return and best buy won't return it. Made a warranty claim with manufacturer after registering it, never got a return email. Called several times only to be left on hold or transferred until call dropped. Will call once more tomorrow, then will file with BBB. Tldr, don't buy from best buy unless you can return directly to best buy.
