||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First bike lasted me 3 months before the electronics started malfunctioning- gotrax customer service sent me a new part to fix the error (the error on the screen said it was the throttle). The new part did not fix it. Then I had to mail it to gotrax at MY EXPENSE to get it evaluated. They ended up sending me a new one. The new one lasted 2 weeks before the motor started activating with no one on the bike- SUPER DANGEROUS. Gotrax said they could do nothing for me when I contacted them regarding the faulty replacement they sent me.

The bike is built well, easy to use and he is able to get back and forth to football practice. We are very happy with the structure and quality of the bike.

Now the company wants him to buy a new one for 30$. He put in a pin code but the computer doesn't recognize it and the default doesn't work. The company should just replace it but they just told him he had to buy a new one
