Do not buy !

Upon opening the item the peedles were clearly used. It had a scratch the bike also has trouble turning to the right. I reached out to gotrax for a repelcment but they have not gotten back to me! Best buy has a final sale on this item! Therfore im screwed !

Battery died in 3 months

Manufacturer says that it’s under warranty but to get replaced I have to ship the product to the their repair center which is costing a $100. So, buyers should be aware of this warranty condition and make their choice. Thanks!

I live only a couples miles from everywhere I would need to go (work, doctors, etc.) and walk/bike there. I broke my leg and needed a way to keep going and this bike was a low price and has not let me down once. Gets me everywhere I need to go.

You get what you pay for
