Best Buy would not take it back so I am out of money and out of an air fryer. I will never purchase from Best Buy again because they obviously sold me a defective and faulty air fryer and told me that they are sorry and there is nothing that could be done

Poor air fryer.

I am not sure if we recieved one that was a "dud" but no matter how many times and different ways I try to use this it takes a very long time to cook food. I even ensure food isn't touching/overlapped and spread evenly and it still either takes for ever to cook or doesn't completely cook through at all. I have resorted to sticking this in a cabinet and have went back to using my oven.
