Dehydrating fruits

I purchased the Gourmia food dehydrator because it's a square shape (which I need for when I make fruit roll ups). What I love about this particular dehydrator is that it has a timer and you can adjust the time and level you want it to be on. If you're into making healthy fruit roll ups, this is the Dehydrator you need!

I have used it once so far and it did an excellent job. I like to dry fruits, herbs and certain other vegetables. Once dried they take up very little space. I would recommend this to family and friends.
