Good while it lasted

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this dehydrator in December of 2018 and today while I was making some jerky, the settings are not working, I cannot adjust the timer or the temperature and when I hit the off button, it does not turn off, need to pull the plug. I am so disappointed because the make or break decision about purchasing this unit was the automatic controls but now they are not working. Bummed out. Will be sending a letter to the manufacturer. I’ve had dehydrators all my life and the only reason I got rid of them was to upgrade not because they quit working.
