I've been wanting a food dehydrator ever since I got married. My husband and I both love dried fruit however because of the high price we don't buy it that often. My husband surprised me with this machine in honor of our second year anniversary and I couldn't be happier. It's beautifully designed and looks perfect on my kitchen counter. The machine is quiet and fast. I tried pineapple and mango the first night and it came out perfectly. Definitely recommend this one! Thank you Jake for the anni gift. Love you. This is my third food dehydrator and the first one with a timer. My other units are round. This summer I had all three running during blueberry season so I got a good comparison between the three. I am extremely impressed with this unit. It is much more quiet than the older dehydrators. I love the rectangular shelves that easily slide in and out. It is so much easier to use than my old round dehydrator and storage is easier. I have yet to make jerky but plan on making some this winter. We have been enjoying all of our dehydrated fruit and veggies that were picked from our orchard and garden!

This dehydrator is so much better than my last one. Lots of room inside so food can have space dry efficiently. Air moves about well. Has plenty of trays for all types of foods. And, it is light weight enough (empty) for me to pick up and move from one location to another for use. It is a bit bulky in size, and needs space around it when its functioning. But, that said, I can still move it from one counter to another. With arthritis, that is important. Overall, thumbs up

I like this because of the size, and Gourmia brands matches many of my other small appliances. Variety of trays for diff foods for drying out. Quiet operating and easy to use settings

Love the square trays!!! This dehydrator is simple to use and much more room than my round one. Clean up is a breeze. Square design makes storage easier. Operates very quietly.

I've already almost paid off my investment because I got it on sale and turned 2 lbs of (also on sale) london broil into beef jerky. At $5+ for 4 oz. of jerky, I figured that I conservatively saved $25. Fruits are next and with using in season fruits, I suspect this buy will have returned the investment.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend. It has a good size to it. Seems like it will hold up well with the other name brands.

This food dehydrator is a hit in my house. Since we bought it a few months ago we used it a couple dozen times already, mostly to dry fruit. My friends told me not to expect great results with a food dehydrator, because the air is quite humid where we live. However, this device worked perfectly fine and although the actual drying times described in the attached manual were a bit too short, I simply add an hour or two and get the result I wanted. This dehydrator is also light, making it easy to move around.

Purchased this last year for my house. We dry many kind of food like fruit and meat. It works very good. The device is quiet and the slide out trays are easy to work with. Highly recommend this dehydrator!

We had a dehydrated a few years ago and saw this on a great deal. Completely worth it. Easy to use, quiet, no hassle, works great. The fruit so far has turned out very well.

I like the size not to big not to small just perfect for my kitchen. I mainly use it to make banana chips and beef jerky.

Works great and is easier to use than the carosel version. Not as expensive as others of it s kind either.

This Dehydrator has worked out really well, and getting it with a Deal of The Day makes the purchase even better. I have purchased some Teflon sheets to help keep food items from sticking to the trays, which helps. Now, it is finding which things we like best. Loving dehydrated pineapple, or apple slices with some cinnamon on them. Yum!

This machine is easy to use and works great, made different kind of chips with it.

We have done beef jerky and some fruit and they all turned out well. It is not to loud and cleans up easily.
