    This Gourmia 7 quart model is a 1700 watt unit. This airfryer stays on my kitchen table and I use it everyday. Everything I have cooked in this model came out excellent! I have not yet had a negative experience with this air fryer. You will like the digital readouts. I like seeing the time remaining counting down and the temperature is always displayed. I am sure I will not use most of the features on this model. Comes with auto preheat and turn notifications. This is the way to go as compared to the cheaper dial models.
