The colors were bright and fun, and the app had a ton of features. Setup was pretty easy, and the length was great for my room. But I had some issues with the WiFi connection dropping, and the adhesive didn’t stick well to my wall. Returned it in the end not bad, just didn’t quite work for my setup.

Works great, but make sure your wall is clean. We made the mistake of not properly cleaning the wall and these fell down after a week. We ended up having to get another double sided tape to get them back up. The lights work great.

Works well. App provides so many options to choose from. Had used Lyft somewhere else at home. This is very low cost and has good quality / brightness.

A little bit of a pain to get on my Google Home (pro-tip, use Matter and be next to a computer when you're setting it up) but now that they are attached they are wonderful! Keep in mind these show the individual LEDs they are not rope lights but we love them!

The Govee 9.8ft LED Strip Light delivers vibrant colors, solid brightness, and easy app control. The solid light mode looks great and works well for everyday use, and Alexa integration is a nice bonus.
Unfortunately, the strobing effects are a big letdown... they’re choppy and unpleasant, making the dynamic modes pretty much unusable. Because of that, I find myself only using it on a steady color setting. For the price, I expected better performance across all modes.
While it does the job for static lighting, the poor strobe effects make it hard to recommend. I wouldn’t purchase it again.

It’s a good product, just the app is a little messy to use and it doesn’t work with Apple HomeKit. So keep that in mind if you’re connecting an AppleTV to it. If you have the money I’d say invest in Phillips. Otherwise quality is good and solid. I’m just picky lol. Bright too as my boyfriend says, “Can be overstimulating.”

I put these lights up around my bedroom ceiling and connected them to Alexa. I use these as wake up lights in the morning, and they are bright enough that I don't need any other lights at night. They have multiple color settings and you can connect them to music as well. This size was big enough to go up the corner on one wall, around 3 sides of the ceiling and down the corner on the 4th side. I have a lot of light sensitivity so these are perfect for my eyes, as I can dim them as much as I want.

I recently installed the Govee 9.8ft RGBICW strip light directly behind my TV entertainment display, and I’m pretty happy with it. For a fraction of the price of Philips Hue, it gives a solid ambient backlight effect that really enhances viewing without breaking the bank. Setup was straightforward — the app is intuitive, the Wi-Fi connection synced up quickly, and the RGBICW effects are nice and customizable.
If there’s one caveat, it could be brighter; in a well-lit room it doesn’t quite compete with some premium strips. But for what I paid, it delivers excellent value. Overall, a worthwhile add-on if you want a colorful, mood-setting glow behind your screen without spending Hue prices.

I picked up the Govee 49.2ft Wi-Fi RGBICW LED Strip Light for my office, and it completely transformed the space. The colors are super vibrant, the brightness is impressive, and the segmented color control makes it feel really high-end. Setup was quick and easy with the app, and being able to sync it with music or adjust it from my phone is a huge bonus. It gives my workspace the perfect mix of productivity lighting and chill vibes when I’m ready to do some gaming. Highly recommend if you are debating the purchase!

Very excellent set of lights. I immediately attempted to hang them up as soon as i got home. The only issue i ran into was they didnt stick to my ways at all which was sad but i found a clever workaround. I just used clear tap and boom it was all done.

Great lights and work well, but in order to use the other services you have to pay for them. One price is a weekly price for $ 4.99 a week. The other is a Yearly price for $ 39.99 and the next one is a Lifetime price for 49.99. Lifetime sounds good, but I'm 73 years old, and don't know how much time I have here.
