The Govee smart light strips are the best! They are affordable, easy to set up, and have a wonderful application to control and customize your smart lights! My favorite part about these strip lights is the Govee app. It allows you to interact with your lighting and design your own perfect lighting paradise! The customization is great for ranges of complexity, from simple color-changes, to opacity and changing each individual led light on the strip. Govee truly outdid themselves with this product! Get these lights if you’re looking for an affordable and quality product for the living room, bedroom, or basement!

I used this to light my room along the edge of the entire roof in my room (50 ft will be enough for most college bedrooms) and it does it perfectly. It connects quickly and reliably to my app every time, has lots of customizability and has a bunch of cool patterns and effects. On maximum white brightness, it lights up the room decently well on its own. While kind of expensive, what you are paying for is the quality and reliability of its materials, and its ease of use and functionality, and I think that it's worth the price. One downside is that the 3M sticker that spans across the entire light strip is not super easy to remove and reapply, and I wouldn't recommend doing it unless you possibly want some paint in your drywall to peel off. I would recommend sparingly applying individual strips of easy-to-remove scotch tape over it or something if you are planning to move it in the future.

Easy to unpackage, easy to install, and looks even better when you light it up. The packaging even came with reinforcements to keep the LED lights even more secure. The light the strip itself is already sticky. Going on day 3 with it!

Good but not great. If you are on a budget i will say these lights are unrivailed for value. Really bright and a lot of options for the money. Plus the app is easy to use and they are gradient which looks pretty cool. However i will say they just dont quite compete with Phillips Hue. They aren't as smooth as HUE. You can see the individual LEDs on certain colors where as the HUE no matter the cooler looks like one clean line. I also am weird and my favorite color to display is soft white. You cant quite get soft white on this. I didn't take that into consideration on my review tho as i know that's probably a just me thing So overall you want good lights for a fair price id recommend. But if you have just a little extra cash go with the Hue strip

Its pretty nice. I like the app its pretty cool, its very bright, then the average $12 led lights, but you can control them from the app. Pretty nice recommend it

Had a room with dim lighting and these lights made the room so bright and colorful!! My favorite is setting the colors to hot pink, teal, and purple. Easy setup as well, just need wifi and a smartphone.

Wasn’t sure how these would work when my son wanted them for his room. They are so cool, super easy to put up, and fun to change the colors and designs.

I love these! Ease of use, so many vibrant colors, perfect length for on top of a wall unit or media cabinet. And priced right!

Best LED’s I’ve had! It has the best color schemes and is very customizable to your liking. Easy instillation, even for a 65” TV. Also colors are very bright!

They are easy to install and look really good. Lots of different settings and colors to choose from.

The lights are bright. The app works great! I can sync two sets (different sets) for easier functionality when changing scene or colors. The last picture is looking from upstairs down into the basement with only the lights Govee on!

A single strip gave me a great review to the potential of multiple or longer strips with all the options

They really turned out well. Have to be careful while going around corners. I bent a leg on one of the micro chips and it took out about a 2 foot section. I am a campground host and I live in my RV. Breaks up the monotony of rv lamps. Turned out so well I bought another set for my bathroom. This really gives it extra ambient light.

The lighting is very bright, app was very user friendly, and was easy to install and use. The issue was I installed during Winter, and used the provided alcohol pads and wiped and cleaned my wall but once it started getting extremely humid in my house the during the spring, and summer and they started to fall down, and got tangled up. Cool product that unfortantely didnt work out for me and Im out the money. Not blaming the product, blaming the horrible humidity where I live.

I like the fact that is has dun colors that in pastel shades and the brightness that it provides over all in the space that I have it in. This was a very good purchase and I may purchase more in the future.

Got these in like 2018 and even through the years they have been super bright. The software allows for lots of colors and patterns.

Only thing i dont like is that you can separate them. I bought 50” long for top and under cabinets which i had to return them and get 2 25” which worked perfect.

Love these lights! They are great quality and come with so many scene options. I love them so much I even bought more, I'm a govee customer for life!
