The time can not be seen under high light conditions and barely seen under moderate light conditions. At first i thought the dimmer might be on but i was wrong. If i used it as my main alarm clock i would have returned it.

Posted .Sorry to hear that, we intend for all of our alarm clock radios to last for years, but know that doesn't always happen and it is frustrating especially when the warranty lapses. We will do a QC check on this SKU again to ensure that other customers don't experience this as well.

To do that with this model, turn the device off then hold the clock button on the top of the device to begin setting the time. Great then not!

It worked then didn't. It appears to be the adapter part going into the clock. I will be returning it.

Posted .Feldsbar, to set the time press and hold the Clock/Mem button until the display begins to blink, then release the button.Press the Hour button to adjust the hour. The PM indicator will light when the hour is set in the PM. Press the Min button to adjust the minute. Then, press the Clock/Mem button to finish setting the time.
