First off, It took 3 1/2 weeks for delivery and no one or nothing said that it was on back order. I continued to contact UPS & Best Buy and no one could tell me where the package was! Finally when it did arrive, I was never so disappointed as when this so-called booster car seat arrived. I purchased this for my granddaughter BUT I would not use it for her until she is way, way older (she is 4 years old). It doesn't look safe for a child at all. I am not returning it only due to the fact that it took 3 1/2 weeks just to get it. She can't even use it as a play chair because you can't put pressure on the back or it will pop out. I learned my lesson by purchasing this so-called booster car seat.
