DON'T BUY, requires STEAM app, code won't work

Complete waste of time. Digital downloads requires you to create an account with STEAM and download the app.
Once all that is FINALLY done the product key Best Buy sent me doesn't work.

Great Game Keeps Getting Better

I have purchased every GTA game so far. This bundle makes this purchase a good value. I did have trouble downloading the game using the provided code, but Best Buy was great at providing alternate download options.
